Excellent service but a better delivery notification would be good, ordered 2 large crates Sunday, delivery Tuesday, perfect, except I had to call the delivery company for an estimated time, most of us cannot wait in all day for delivery, however, easy web site to order, logs are the best I have had in over 20 years, will definitely be buying all my logs from Instant Logs, thank you

So far so good...
I haven't used the wood yet but the delivery was as quick as promised and the driver friendly and helpful - and the wood (Ash) lookes good, along with kindling and lighters at a reasonable price. Looking forward to some warm winter nights!

Quick delivery and good value. If there was any slight criticism it’s that were quite a few small logs/kindling sized sticks but that’s really a fairly minor criticism.

I've been buying logs for years, and InstantLogs stands out with quality products, good value, and swift delivery from instantlogs. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you feel this way we would however like to clarify the series of events that we did discuss with you at the time to help you understand what had happened and try and settle any reservations etc you were feeling.
Our records show, your order was placed by you on the website at 4:40 pm, which is after our offices close at 4pm.
All orders are processed by our team up until 2 pm each day, and unfortunately, any orders placed after that time are not processed until the following day. This is to be able to offer the delivery options that we do covering the UK nationwide.
We want to stress that there was no "hijacking" of your order. The order was placed by you through our website, but as explained because of the timing of which is also stated on the website it wasn't processed that day, as it fell outside of our order cut-off time. We understand that this might have caused some confusion, but this was simply a matter of timing, and not any error or mishandling on our part.
As soon as we returned to work the following morning and was working on processing your order you contacted us to express your concerns and we therefore processed a refund for your payment immediately and reached out to discuss this all with you, as we do with any situation that requires resolution.
Whilst this wasn’t an issue caused by us, we always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied, and we appreciate your understanding.
We truly value your business and hope this explanation clears up any misunderstandings. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch with us. We’re here to assist and help with any additional needs you may have.
