InstaGC has to be ONE OF THE WORST free gift card apps I have ever done! They waste your time! The support tickets don't even work! They take forever to reply and sometimes never reply, the only reply when you make a duplicate of a support ticket! It is super frustrating and annoying, I spent months on the app just for it not to work! I definitely DO NOT recommend. The verification is SUPER ANNOYING and slow! It takes forever for them to reply to your support ticket, but even longer to verify your account! If you don't verify your account, you can't do anything! Which makes it EXTREMELY hard for the teenagers or kids wanting to do this, that's one of the main reasons why people search for free gift cards! I wasted all of my time, for it not to work! I can't tell anyone that I need help because they will never reply back! And if your account is being under review, everything is blocked! And nothing works. This is EXACTLY why I do NOT recommend InstaGC, it is a TIME WASTER! They reply to nothing or take a really long time to reply, the people who are supposed to help are actually REALLY DUMB and solve NOTHING! If you have a question regarding them being the problem, they ALWAYS AVOID IT! I asked them when my account will be verified and got NOTHING at ALL! And they only replied to my other ticket because I made a duplicate, and totally SKIPPED my other ticket.

After not having much luck with them on and off, I decided to try giving these guys a fair chance after reading so many negative reviews. Today, I had to stay at home so had a lot of free time. I decided to take every one of InstaGC's recommended surveys. They offer 25 of them daily. Here are my results: Out of 25 surveys taken, I got paid for 3. The other 22 were all surveys where I got told I didn't match mostly after I'd taken them. For the entire day, I netted myself a whopping $2.40. If that's the type of daily earnings you're looking for, then I say go for it.
In my unbiased opinion, I would have to say everyone who says this site is a waste of time is telling the truth.

New user here and I'll tell u now don't do it!!!!I'm currently unemployed and I came across this website in a YouTube video and I totally regret it waste of time and effort. like the other guys said don't even attempt surveys.points don't credit I've been waiting 2 days for 5 cent to credit! come on man 5 cents!! that shess should be instant I can only imagine how long a bigger amount would take if it even credits u at all

Don't do it !! this site is horrible if you are trying to make some extra gas /food money. not only do you get to the end of the surveys and get booted. you have points "frozen" until they say you can get it. this site is the worst!!

I've had it with these guys! Every survey I take comes back telling me I'm not a good match either after I've taken it or when I'm very close to finishing. I mean this happens like 9 out of every 10 tries. This never happens on other survey sites. Don't believe the paid reviewers they have on here who always say the same thing. These people are scammers.

It's somewhat easy earning points and making payout. The first ever redemption would take a few days before receiving, in my case thru PayPal, but the succeeding will already be instant or real time. There are times when they give out bonus points so better checkout their social media accounts like Facebook. Their Help Center is responsive.
I have an issue though with some of their survey suppliers, wherein they don't give credits after completion, and it seems instaGC don't have a hand in those since they just rely on the suppliers, who determine the survey completion.
Have to leave the site though as it's taking a toll on my health since I need to spend some time to garner points and I only do surveys there.
But overall it's good hence the 5 stars.

Very poor customer service blocks you from withdrawing money YOU HAVE EARNED. They shou l d be investigated for fraud in my opinions you fill in full surveys then get rejected when you finish it that's what the qualification questions. And the so called customer service is so arrogant

There are two daily surveys InstaGC gives you that NEVER pay after you waste your time filling out the whole thing. Finally, after about two weeks, I got tired of it and used their "Report" feature to let them know about the two offending surveys and that they were making their site look bad. So, what did they do? Instead of removing the two surveys that never pay, they decided to restrict my account as punishment because I complained about it. This isn't the first time I've witnessed their arrogance. When I first signed up, I had questions regarding their slowness and was basically told I am not to ask questions of that type. You want a real survey site with more integrity? Try any number of trusted sites out there but avoid InstaGC. They were okay at one point but have severely gone downhill in the last year.

Alway deducted points from my account without justification and also whenever i haven't been awarded points after complete a survey they also have no answer for that.
I am sure Instagc cheat too.

They love holding your points that you've earned by freezing them. They also don't understand multi reward offers. So when multiple rewards from a game are frozen with the same name they need "clarity", even though they show up in different amounts. Not my fault or my problem they show up that way without the level number next to the name. Also when you reply on your own ticket they take forever to repond when they usually reply pretty quick on new tickets. So basically the whole frozen points thing is ridiculous. And the mods are rude and condescending...iykyk.

Easy to make some spending money. Can redeem your money by gift card, bank transfer, PayPal. I got my gift card immediately after I redeemed.

After using dozens of survey apps the last two years, I decided to try Insta GC. Bad idea! I incorrectly put in my date of birth from 10/22 to 11/22 and left my apt number out for goodness sakes. I was not able and still not able after a string of 24 hour very rude and nominal supports tickets which I corrected, still not able to cash out. meanwhile I am able to cash out immediately and receive immediate help at SurveyJunkie, free cash & others as an experience survey app taker please stay away from these people. Waste of time and very rude.

Hi, i am happy since using instagc but i have few questions that needs reply, pleasse:
1. Instagc is charging paypal fee to my withdrawl requests but on its website it is written "instaGC pays the PayPal fees so you aren't charged anything to receive it"?.
2. Now i am unable to withdraw because $ 50 is a limit to withdraw within one month, how can i increase this limit?
