I love this website they make it easy and fun to earn money and make some extra cash

After watching a crap load of videos, I earned a whopping $1.26! Now all of a sudden it says videos restricted. Thanks for nothing but taken my data!!!

Legitimate site, does pay fast. However it is not one of the highest paying sites out there. Plus some of the members are moderators favorites, in other words they are kiss-ups and can get away with murder compared to the rest of us where is if we say hi the wrong way if she is having a bad day "we're banned". Power hungry Mod aka Cambree, always on the chat vs all the other mods, should of kept Vic on your staff instead of her.

I've been using this site for 6+ years and it's my favorite. Support is always kind and quick to resolve issues. It's the survey site with the most personal feel towards it's members, in my opinion.

site works great. when redeeming you can change the currency to another country unlike other sites. i have already redeemed £31 UK amazon gift cards in the past for some of my import video games that are NOT in the USA.

This site is awesome! I have never had any issues with this site. Support, admins, and mods are all very helpful. I never have issues getting frozen points thawed. I highly recommend this site!

I joined this site on recommendation of someone.He told me this is a very good site .Response is fast and pays instant giftcards from different brands . But after joining i was told u have to wait 0-48 hours but its been near to more than 2 days and i didnt got response to my ticket.When i m creating new ticket they are closing it dont know why from last 2 days i m waiting they will respond so that i can start but nothing received in terms of response.

Getting calls from china.spent 3 weeks working hard on it made 3 dollars.only three people have my number now its crazy people calling.its not for me. I filled out alot if 30 min surveys and most said error kicked me out and no points given. Husbands in the hospital

Has went downhill I believe owners have started smoking the pipe and well crack is not cheap..points offers have went down(equals more profit for them to get more rocks)..and "frozen points" is pretty much a way not to pay...even freezing 70 whole points and then after having to email them way after the "after 14 days"(I think 14 days to them=a year or hopefully u forgetting about them)they reply with messages like your cheating or wanting ridiculous amounts of proof shown like it's 25,000 points just as another way not to pay...good luck doing frozen point offers you will be treated like crap just trying to get what's yours...that's just some information to long to post

One of the best survey sites I have come across. Easy to earn points via different platforms on their website. I've been on this site for about 3 years and have earned over £500 (been on and off). Cashing out is easy and they have a lot of different gift cards you can redeem. Mods are amazing and help out as much as possible and the admin helps too. If I've experienced a problem then its easily sorted. Point booster codes help as well. Overall it is a really good website to earn points to redeem for cash!

I have been using this site since 2013 and have nothing but positive experiences with it. The admins and mods are amazing, and very attentive. People often complain but do not tell the whole story on things. They have not once given me my points or been out of pocket. I believe you get back what you give into these sites. If you try and scam and do not have patients, then things will not be good for you. They have to run a business and they do a wonderful job

It is a Scum, although you get points at first, but these are low points like 0.55 or just 1 point, the maximum point they reward you is 4, try to apply for a task with more than that, it will not reward you the point or the site is crashed then after one minute it works but with bo points, as always, another SCUM and WASTE OF TIME site.

They go out of their way not to pay you.

Last time I got a gift card for them for Xbox, it was already redeemed and took WEEKS to even get it addressed.

Now they are trying to tell me that I have to wait longer to receive my frozen points (going on 17 days now), which have always been released upon manual request at 14 days. Support agent tried to tell me that since it's a 30-day free trial I need to wait longer to get the points, even though I've completed the offer and dozens of other offers have always had points released after 14 days -- even 30-day trials.

This agent could not even give me a concrete date or time period I needed to wait in order to receive my points. Just said to "try again next week" and that maybe that would be far enough time into me trying out the trial that the points would be released.

So from the sounds of it, they are just completely making up their own rules and are deciding at their own discretion when they want to release your points. Actually not adhering to policy at all! I've been using InstaGC since 2015 and have never been told anything like this in all the time of requesting frozen point release.

They try their hardest not to pay people and points are never released when they say they will be. Half the time the offers don't even credit when you complete them so you have to try to get in touch with the 3rd-party providers to get credit before you even have to worry about the nightmare of contacting InstaGC support for frozen point release.

I will never use InstaGC again after this. It has been nothing but problems with them and now that they're deciding to make up brand new policies that haven't existed in the last four years, I'm completely over them. In all honesty, they deserve a class action lawsuit for their beyond shady practices.

Trying to cash out my $3 so I can delete Instagc. I dont like this site at all. I dont think anything is wrong with it. It just gives me too many surveys I dont qualify for. I do not understand why I had to fill out the demographics just to get surveys that I do not even get to answer one question before being dq. My $3 is off dqs. It's that sad for me.

I have made several requests for payout already and InstaGC never fails to amaze me. They are as quick and efficient as possible about their payouts. This is definitely a great company to be working for.

I must say that it is now a cool site. Majority of my issues were fixed. I think my only issue is not through them but an offer on the OfferToro wall. Thank you Instagc for correcting the mistakes. I really do appreciate it.

Update: After my $4 cashout I change my mind
This site maybe ok if you only do offers but every survey is broken that I attempt. I cant give one star because I love the instant payout but I have to take another star because I have been stuck at 48 cent for almost a month. I dont watch videos. Im not about about watch all of that boring stuff for 1 or 2 cent and pray that they payout. Just not worth it to me. So I take back me saying its better than Swagbucks. Atleast 10% of SB surveys do work.
