Efficient and helpful service

I’m [hashem from Horo painting]. Today, [22/09/2025], I came here and bought some paint from them, but they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. I was extremely upset by this.
They said, “We have a bathroom, but it’s private and not for public use. If you have a bathroom, that’s your problem—go somewhere else.”

The service was excellent, helpful and I did not feel rushed.
Great quality products and had everything I needed.
I felt the whole experience was well worth the visit.

The staff at the Melville store have been very helpful on every visit I have had to the store. Nothing is too difficult. Their recent workshop was very informative, inclusive and lots of fun. Have for many months been looking, asking, googling ways to repair my external render, which has a random pattern within it. Inspirations Paints Melville was the only place to offer advice and a solution. Staff also v friendly and professional. Extremely happy with their support, thanks.
