Exceptional service from start to finish!
I recently visited the Insignia Wellness showroom in Milton Keynes looking for a sauna steam shower unit. We were warmly greeted by Nero Patel, who took the time to explain every detail about the unit thoroughly and answered all our questions.
After placing the order, the unit arrived within just two days! I am highly impressed with the quality of the product. A special thanks to Nero Patel for his excellent, prompt customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the shower unit
Very pleased with the shower unit, Nero And Jamie were both very very helpful when i got back to them.
Downside is that once they deliver to your door step you are on your own as they do not carry into the house or have local people to assist when you have problems, replacement of parts was no problem but you do pay for return of parts not needed.

Sound system rubbish
The shower it very good, where it lets itself down is the shower system, humming, buzzing , didn’t tune in.. it you go on the site they will tell you how to hope rectify this… ok im an electrician not a sound engineer but i did everything that they said.. no joy.. still not sure what the problem was.. i ended up buying and fitting my own system.. no interference and works great.. if i had known this problem was a possibility i wouldn’t have purchased.. customer service didn’t want to know.. sorted it all myself…

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the FM radio. We would, however, like to clarify that the control panel was returned to us and tested by our technical team. During testing, the FM/Bluetooth function was working correctly and was able to tune into radio stations, even under our limited reception conditions.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a product does not perform as expected in a particular installation environment. FM reception can be affected by factors such as the location and surrounding interference, which can vary from one site to another.
Great customer service
Nero was extremely helpful with my enquiry and although there was an issue with ordering a part online, he organised it personally so there was no delay in receiving my replacement handles. Great service.

I installed a new insignia steam shower…
I installed a new insignia steam shower on 13/7/26 it was built up and water tested.
On 28/7/26 one of the manufactured in in built pipes came away. This caused substantial damage to the room below. The ceiling had to be totally replaced.
I emailed insignia with photographs and asked for compensation.
They refused to accept liability. Stating it’s up to the installer to check all connections are tight including the ones fitted by the manufacturer.
I’m now on top of the stress caused by the damage done going through the small claims court for compensation

We are sorry to hear about the damage you experienced and understand how stressful this situation must have been.
Customer safety and the correct installation of our products are extremely important to us. As stated in our installation guide, all pipe connections and fittings, including those pre-assembled during manufacturing must be checked and hand-tightened as these are only tightened in place for transit.
This is a standard requirement, as fittings can loosen during transportation and handling. Furthermore, it also states to check all pipes for leaks before locating the shower in to its final position.
Upon reviewing our records, we can see that you confirmed the jubilee clips had not been tightened during the installation process, which contributed to the resulting water damage.

Jamie was very helpful, explaining all the details for the Sauna products. Very patient and courteous in manor, helping us buying a Sauna. Therefore made our visit very satisfying.
I would recommend Insignia for their products.

Steam generator supplied just over a…
Steam generator supplied just over a year ago stopped functioning . Contacted Nero Patel at the company who had been my original purchase point of contact . Having described the circumstances in which the unit stopped working having discussed it with the technical dept he indicated that their view was it most likely a failure with the heating element . Having established this it was agreed that a replacement unit would be dispatched and this was done overnight arriving the next day . The replacement unit has now been fitted and is working . A courier sent and paid for by the company has now collected the original unit . Very good customer service .

Recently purchased a quadrant shower…
Recently purchased a quadrant shower cabin for my bathroom via insignia website. The order process was simple and fast as was delivery. My husband installed the shower even though he is not a plumber by following the instructions and how to video. Alex from insignia showers was very helpful throughout the process and we have now got a beautiful shower which we absolutely love. I would fully recommend insignia showers. Very happy customers.

Also I can't stress how much steam room and jacuzzies improved my health and wellbeing. It may seem complicated to install but actually is easier than you may think.
