The service really didn’t make any difference whatsoever. Even with the so-called “$60 discounted” price, it wasn’t worth it. The quality of the service was extremely subpar and fell far below my expectations.

What made the experience even worse was finding out that you’re locked into a one-year contract. That was never made clear to me during the sales process. On top of that, they charge a $155 cancellation fee that was never mentioned by the salesperson.

In my opinion, the company is more focused on locking customers into long-term contracts than providing a service that’s actually worth paying for. Based on my experience, the service offered very little value, and I would not recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. I signed up because I was told I would only be charged after the service was completed. Instead, I was charged even though only part of the treatment was carried out. When I asked them to complete the service or provide a refund, they refused. They also offered to cancel my contract only if I removed my Google review, which I found very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Most of the reviews are out of California. They now are preying on us in Alabama. Read yelp. We were promised the moon by their sales rep. we were promised they would go under the house to check for rodents but were told they do not do so. I was charged a $299.00 cancellation fee for a contract we did not sign. I have alerted some city officials here in Dothan and this company will be blacklisted. Sorry California for your misery. They are now camped put here in Alabama

The technician (Youssef) explained the process and what he was going to do. He proceeded to perform the necessary tasks and then reviewed what he did after he completed the work. He explained what I should/could notice happening in the next 15 days or so. He then explained if I notice anything problematic that they will come out and address the problem.

Horrible! 0 stars if it would let me. The reps lie, the price you sign up for they increase before sending you a copy, the products Don't work, their customer service moto seems to be "it's not my job to look after that" then they send you to a voicemail for which No one calls you back. You're better off going Anywhere else.

If I could give 0, I would. This company is a subsidiary of Greenix. Don't fall for the amazing sales pitch. All BS. I've only been a customer for a week and they've lied to me 4 times, missed appointments without a phone call. They're supposed to take care of a bad vole problem I have. The sales guy said they can get rid of them easy. The guy who showed up(on the wrong day) told me they can't. It's on their website that they can. Then he talked to a superior, said they would come back. For 3 days nobody even got back to me. I had to call them. It goes on and on. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PITCH. They're horrible

They don't do anything they claim they will and even if you have a death in the family or you have to move out of the country they will not give you the grace, like a fair & kindly business would, to end the "contract". Please, save yourself, go with an honorable & reputable company like Barrier or Aspen, anyone other than these SCAMMERS!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. They were unable to resolve our ant problem despite providing their service, which was frustrating enough. However, the biggest issue was their payment process.

The staff seemed unable to properly handle basic credit card information to process the payment. What should have been a simple transaction became a confusing and time-consuming ordeal. A company that accepts credit card payments should have a reliable and professional process in place.

Overall, I paid for a service that did not solve the problem and had to deal with unnecessary frustration just trying to pay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Rabiul Hasan was my technician today. He was very thorough in his analysis and took care of my concern of the ant colonies starting to build. He provided details as to the treatment he performed to get rid of them. He sprayed every area of my house including garage. He’s very friendly as well.

If I could give lower I would. Promised I could substitute a service if one primary wasn’t required. Then told I couldn’t. They don’t treat bumblebees which was not made apparent and in the fine print. Cancellation is 226$. Stay away from this company at all costs

I had a young man, and another later come to my door to tell me about Insight. He showed me the pricing and services. I was told I could get a discount today only, as they would not be in the area again for a month. I actually saw them 2 times in the area a day and another day after talking to me. I signed the invoice; they did not do everything they said. One guy sprinkled some granular pesticide on the ground. It smelt ready bad. The same guy swept some dirt dobbers off the side of the eves of the house, as well as wasp nests. He did not get them all. They were supposed to do indoor crack and cervices treatment, they did not. I was supposed to pay 59 dollars a month and if I cancelled, I would have to pay $299.00 for that service. I told them I wanted to cancel the next day, as I had 3 days to change my mind as they came to my door. They charged me the $299.00 for that 25-minute service. I told them I would pay the $60.00 but they insisted I had to pay the $299.00 dollars.

Very pushy door to door solicitors that refuse to respect the NO SOLICITING sign on my door nd keep knocking until I answer the door.

I signed up for pest control a little reluctantly from a very nice but pushy sales person. She assured me that I did not have to be home when they came to spray. The day they were supposed to do it, I got home to a note on my door saying they could not do the work because I wasn't home. I then called and rescheduled. I asked again if I had to be home and was told that yes I had to be for the first visit for reasons I'm unsure of. They did mention that I would need to let them in to do anything in the house. They told me they would be here between 8am and noon. So I got up early and waited all morning just to have no one come. No phone call, no text to say thwy couldn't make it or were running late. Nothing. I waited until 2pm and still nothing so I left. I returned home in the evening to find another note attached to my door saying sorry they missed me. They checked off 3 things that they supposedly did, but how would I know? I wasn't there for the visit they told me I had to be there for and obviously they did not go inside. I'm so tired of companies that think they can just come whenever they want, even though I'm told a time or given a window. Certainly not too impressed so far and based on what I've experienced to date, I would not recommend them to anyone
