I paid this company to create a website for me on November 11th 2025. They gave me a price and I agreed to it. The first person I spoke to was Joe Wilson, who I sent the money to. Then I was assigned to Daniel Martin. He told me my website would be ready in 3 weeks. On November 26th Daniel told me he couldn't finish my website, basically saying he needed more money. I immediately refused. He said he would send me confirmation of my refund in 30 minutes. Now it's been 10 days later and still nothing. Then I called and talked to Sean. He said he would send me confirmation of my refund and he never did. This company are ran by scammers and I will be spreading the word about how they do business. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau and claiming the transaction as fraud to my credit card. I will continue to stay on their necks until I get my money back. Please believe it! 💪 Here's an update on my complaint. Today is December 10th, 2025. I was sent a text message by Sean saying they weren't going to refund my money. I also spoke to someone named Chris. All he wanted to do was apologize several times for my inconvenience. He then said he would talk to billing. I've been hearing the same BS since they scammed me. So I filed a dispute with PayPal and my card company. There are 3 things people should NEVER do with me. Two of them are waste my time and scam me for money. I don't care if it's $2. Like I said, they picked the wrong guy to play with 💯 Stay away from this scam company!

Working my first month with Innova Web Studios has been great. I feel that they are knowledgeable in their field of work and are diligently working. Joe demonstrates being very knowledgeable about the work with adequate communication.

Joe was a good person for the job. However, what I will say is that it was more guided than I would have liked, and instructions were not followed 100%.

I went for the lowest for my logo, since I just needed something to put up on my blog. I am happy with what I received, which I feel was greater value than what I paid.

This has to be the biggest project and Innova went beyond and over my expectations. Attention to details, level of co-operational to my enquiries and patience is out of the world.
