We have been with innovation for ten years.
We ran into issues where we got laid off(years ago and out of my control and subsequently had to sort things out(WENT LITTLE DELINQUENTon a few things but never missed a mortgage payment)a few things.instead of helping when the it was time for renewal we got forced into a really high interest rate (keep in mind we never missed a payment EVER) and when my wife's immediate family member passed away IN ANOTHER COUNTRY they couldn't wait for a couple more weeks till she got back instead they forced us(threaten foreclosure) in a very emotionally delicate situation if we didn't sign. Fast forward to today we HAVE to sell our house because these guys refuse to allow us to remortgage instead of helping people and allowing them to get back on their feet they rather financially excicute some one because of a mistake we made years ago knowing we can't go anywhere yet. It's a really terrible way to treat people and bully people around because of circumstances out of our control. Instead of helping us get up keep in mind (0 MISSED PAYMENTS AND LATE ALMOST NEVER TECHNICLLY.)now we are trying to sort out things and save abit(be responsible). These guys are being extremely difficult and will not do ANYTHING to help when they can easily do so. If you are with these guys and you have a mortgage if you plan on doing and financial reorganizing they will slap you with a nosebleed interest rate knowing you can't go anywhere and basically set you up for failure your trying to steer out of bankruptcy but the litterly grab the wheel and step on the gas..... Absolutely rediculous and predatory. Sure I went thru some tuff times but instead of helping they "beat you down" until your broke. Absolutely shitty approach to customer service.my mortgage is @7% and they refuse to give a little relief or concessions we need a little relief instead they double down and try to basically attempt financially destroy us by nearly doubling our mortgage. We tried to get a slightly better rate considering WE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Then we tried to do a skip a payment when we are/where allowed they said no..... The Absolut stubbornness and willingness to help any one when their down then proceed to "ground and pound you" financially there after.
Use this as a cautionary tale about how these guys will smile in your face then when you fall for what ever reason instead of lightly assisting they will step on the back of you head(not litterly) and push your face in the mud/ground like a putting out a smoke and not give you an opportunity to catch a little air instead your struggling and gasping........ Terrible way to treat people...........
