Terrible customer service and defective products. I received a completely defective order from this store. One item "IOT-Audios Power Supply Module AC 110V 220V to DC 24V 6A-8A AC-DC Switching Power Supply" causes frequent voltage fluctuations, and the second item—a TB21 Class D Amplifier—arrived completely dead. When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a replacement or a refund. They claimed they only accept returns within a strict 48-hour window, which is completely unreasonable for faulty electronics. This was a complete waste of money. I highly advise everyone to think twice and look elsewhere before buying anything from this seller.

I ordered an amplifier and adaptor but only adapter delivered though they took full money.
Even they don't respond to your emails and massages , pathetic loosers.

Don't trust these frauds. They take money and cheat us. I have ordered couple of ICs from them after that no reply and no response when I called them on the phone number.

Frauds...looting money...send me a nonworking board....worth ₹6500/-
Said No warranty...no replacement....Reported them on Consumer forum...they are frauds...don't buy from them.

Don't waste your hard earned money and your precious time with inkocean. I am not wasting my words on these people. They are hopeless.

Parts are missing. A amplifier cabinet ordered here. Which includes control knobs. I have imported same company cabinet from China, they have sent including speakers and RCA control knobs and power switch.

Alleast inkocean should supply as they show in images. We can't match the knobs with other knobs.

We have to understand how to use the product and what it can do can't do, blaming a company or product is easy.
Read IC specs and product features before commenting. I have tried the product and found it Good for what purpose I purchased it for. For the price and features it's great.

Sent mismatching components, which themselves recommended. No response when contacted. Pathetic people. Bad way of doing business.

Placed order on 7th May 2024. Made full payment. Did not receive the material till 4th of August 2024 -3 months!
Standard reply to repeated remainders. No proper response.

This site inkocean.in is like a drop shipper who places the order for your items to their manufacturers after you, the customer, have paid and ordered for it. I had fully paid for and placed an order for 2 items, a 24V 300W SMPS and a DC Voltmeter, costing me Rs.1988.00, on the 09-March-2023 but the items are yet to be delivered to me till the date of writing this (06-April-2023). On being asked to clarify the reason and update me on the status of my shipment by E-mail and Whatsapp, they repeatedly state the same thing,"We are looking into the matter and will update you as soon as possible", but till date I am yet to know the reasons for the delay and what steps they have taken to expedite the delivery of my long pending items. My order number was 2000113944 and the transaction of money was through PayU, done to Hitech Printers, Transaction ID-33821363765478 via UPI on 09-03-2023, PayU ID-16943902278 and bank reference number was -306836631119 & payment gateway was - INDUSU.
After this experience involving three E-mail messages and multiple WhatsApp exchanges, now I am at my wit's end on how to deal with Inkocean Technologies. Since I don't want to get myself embroiled into legal proceedings for such a small thing, I decided that perhaps this is the best forum for me to try to get some ideas for resolution. UPDATE: I finally recieved my consignment on the 8th of April. On cursory inspection everything seemed alright especially with plenty of bubble wrap used to give more than adequate protection to the delicate electronics packed inside. But on closer inspection of the SMPS it was found that the fan fitted on top for cooling was loose & all the mounting screws from the board to spacers and then onto the fan had to be tightened before it could be used. However the quality & specifications of the SMPS unit was much better than expected & it is doing its job very well. Also the LED voltmeter was of good quality with even brightness & easy legibility. The accuracy was off by 0.1v but nevertheless it did its job well.
To sum it up my overall experience was of suffering a painful service but the equipment received was of above average quality and well packed with the prices on the expensive side. Next time I will think twice before placing any order with Inkocean.in.

Sold Bluetooth 4.1 instead of listed 5.0 and their ink 201bt has 4.2 not 5.0 as listed and won't pay you your money back they are scammers

These people are scammer and products are very cheap quality wise

i placed an order on 30th September 2020. after 10 days i get a call to mail the Gerber file once again and its been one month but no information about the order where it is or what is the tracking number

This store is almost like drop shipping, takes ages to deliver. Looks like once you place an order on their website, then they order from Asian market outside India. complete cycle is a pain.

Really Happy to see my requirements in a single place.
