I asked numerous times for cancelation and it said it was then the next payment was still taken out & said i still had a subscription and credits were added. I again asked for cancelation again same thing happened. I have also asked for ALLig my information yo be REMOVED COMPLETELY from the system so this will not keep happening and money is continuously taken out of my account! So for me to get compensated I am required to give a review which I did but it was not to satisfactory standards unless I gave a 4-5 star review. I was asked to edit my stars from a 2 to a 4. Here is my review with the edit.
