I got scammed. I know the person I was looking up had arrest warrants and was currently arrested yet this report showed nothing.

They are scammers. This company told me a $.99 one time fee it's been three days later they have took $50 out my account. "Don't trust this company"

advertised as a free report site and then said you have to pay because everything can't be free. Pick one or the other losers.

These people are thieves! I just tried to sign up for a free trial, which is supposed to cost 0.99 cents, and they tried to charge my card for $29! This is why I am glad I use temporary virtual cards to avoid being robbed by corrupt companies like these!

Can't even find a page to cancel my subscription for week, getting the "1005 Access denied" message, but was charged $29.99 today.

Not only was the "subscription" in the fine print, they continually hit my account MULTIPLE times per month. I just caught it when they hit me for $161.90 + another $20.97 in pending charges. When you call, they say those payments were "declined" by the bank. Umm, no they weren't. Because they hit my PayPal account, now I have to fight PayPal to try to fix this mess. Check your accounts!!

Information.com Wasn't terrible. I do think that this trial offer is a tiny bit missleading but for everyone who thought when they signed up for the trial that they we're billed 29.99 here is something you should do. Just reach out to them. I learned from them it was some sort of security hold. They refunded it immediately after reaching out.

Do NOT use this site to search for someone.......they will sign you up for recurring subscriptions which you had no idea that you were signing up for b/c it is in the fine print.

Wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to the small one time fee. Not only did I not receive any of the information I was looking for, but the information I did find on myself and my husband was bad. Now I'm having to protest charges because the one time fee just magically changed to a subscription and amazingly there is no way on the site to cancel.

Useless and inaccurate info, didn't have what i needed at all. Then charged me twice, terrible service do not use

Useless information! Only about 10% accurate. Overcharged. Going to have a chat with the Florida Attorney General. Seriously don't use these clowns 🤡

Said there special one time check. Was .99 cent then tried to charge me 20.99

They charged me $29.95 five times for one search! My bank asked if the charges were legit. I said no, so my debit card was closed. Now I have to go get a new card. What a scam. Do not use this website!

Fake “free” website then makes you pay

They charge you for stuff you never signed up for. To me that's a scam and should be shut dow. Got 3 different charges on two different dates.

I cancelled and they still took money out of account. Don't buy anything with there name attached. They wait till there closed on Saturday to screw you till Monday.

They say .99 but charge you 29.99 plus .99

I canceled my account last week on line and apparently my account was NOT canceled as I was charged today for the monthly fee. Called customer service and got the run around from the rep. He told me that you can't cancel on line (even though there is a cancel subscription button there). Tried to gaslight me on this fact by saying there isn't a cancel button there. I was persistent in telling him to cancel my account, that I never want to see a charge from them again, etc. He said he would send a confirmation of cancelation to my email. As of right now, about 15 minutes after speaking to the rep, I have no email. I will wait 24 hours and check again. Their search results are terrible/questionable and the means to cancel are extremely difficult. They are scammers. DO NOT use them!

When I "politely" called them to ask about the charge, they quickly gave me a one-time courtesy refund and canceled my account. I can only say Thank You!
