had 400000+ streams to my music it been more than 4 month's never saw my royalties then i opened a ticket and they told me not to worry about it two hours later they banned my account for "copyright claims" after 4 month's that the music was out

I absolutely love these guys, their support staff for ANY AND ALL issues that may even remotely happen (I've been working with this incredible team for going on something like 7 years give or take....they've opened many doors that were kinda hard to get into as of this date or at last count their team has placed my music into around 40 globally known streaming platforms net wide from Deezer to Spotify And many MANY others that I'd never even heard of from countries that I was not aware had a large music scene that liked the material I've been churning out....with a catalogue of nearly 950+ originals under my belt as an independent songwriter/composer I would highly recommend this platform for those of you who are starting out in the art of serious songwriting and working on releasing your material's to all major streaming services...these folks really ROCK !!!!

they I requested Indiefy to deactivate my account, after the deactivation the payment was still active, they debited me 3 months on a row even through my account was no longer active, they did not refund me. very bad company, totally fraud

ENTRE TODOS HAY QUE ORGANIZARNOS y presentar reclamos ante SPOTIFY, YT, TIKTOK, TIDAL, y principales plataformas de música, e INFORMALES de todo este robo, PARA QUE YA NO TRABAJEN CON INDIEFY, es la única manera.

Mal servicio aunq uno pague por ser pro nunca responden correos ni nada… en el 2020 todo bonito respuesta rápida sin problemas y las regalías a tiempo… pasamos los años problemas y esperas y detalles… dan fecha de pago y no la cumplen. Trabajan con bancos y cuando cambian el servicio no avisan ni por correo. Mal servicio así q yo me retiro y sacare todo de la aplicación por pésimo servicio! Llevo de noviembre mandando correos y el súper chat para los pro nunca responden… gracias

Well, So far so good with Indiefy basic free account. They're legit but if you're not a big artist and verified it limits your releases per month and tracks per release (5). I'd highly recommend them regardless. You don't have to pay to keep your music up. I'm pretty sure they keep it up once it's published. Unlike Distrokid or Songtradr who charge you for every release..

Months pass and for the first time you see that you have earned a few cents. AHAH. You earn little because they steal from it too. Let's say you saved up a chance, you can never take it back. How much do I have? I saved $55, man, and bought the pro membership. And twice in a row. Just so they can deposit the money that belongs to me. I would have won $35 anyway. Because I had already spent $20 on the pro membership. Get well soon. My loss is now $75. AHAHAHAH. jerks.

No pagan. Me pasé a cuenta PRO para que me den mis regalías (62usd) y retirarlas sin tener 100usd, que es el mínimo de extracción que ponen en una cuenta free.
Reclamé mi pago y nunca me lo mandaron. Hace un montón de tiempo tengo mis regalías y no logro cobrarlas. He usado muchas tiendas digitales y esta la peor. Tampoco te solucionan los problemas que puedas llegar a tener.

Avoid using this service. A year ago worked just fine, but now it's a trap and have dirty practices to force you to buy a paid plan to make almost anything, a non-sense.
I've try to upload a 10 track album, and after preparing everything, when I try to upload 6th song, it shows and advice to pay to continue uploading!
And now, I want to remove a prior release and they say that I have to wait 6 months! (180 days) to be able to remove a release! Shame on you! Scammers.

Tengan mucho cuidado con estas ratas, el servicio es un scammer con sede en Mexico, no son honestos y pueden mantener en su sistema tu demo por mas de 180 si le paras de pagar la suscripcion, es una manera de secuestro de trabajo con derecho de autor. TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO.

Me quieren robar mis regalias puse mis datos el pago que había programado se borro y ahora me toco hacer otro, me veré en la obligación de tomar medidas legales.

Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas lo que ofrece gratis me parece bien, lo único que no me gusta es que tenga que pagar para borrar mi música, publique canciones por error y no las puedo borrar es lo único malo, de ahí en fuera todo bien ojalá no me desepcionen.
