Truly the best harnesses you can get! I’ve tried multiple different brands to find the right harness that keeps pods safe and also fits well for all their different shapes and sizes. Indi-Dog ticks all the boxes and more. Being a multi pod household with regular fosters, it’s so important that I can rely on these to be comfortable, high quality and truly secure - it’s obviously a massive bonus how good they look too!

Easy to use clasp when attaching, looks smart, good quality sturdy metal parts, just what I was looking for 😊

Terrible please don’t order from these you’ll just lose your money

Fantastic products. Ordered 2 harnesses 3 years ago which have been a life saver for my two escape artists. Recently i needed two more to fit over their winter coats. And they arrived within 3 weeks of ordering as promised. Brilliant harnesses which mean i can walk my dogs safely again.

I would leave zero stars if possible! Do not use this company. Despite placing our order over six months ago, we have still not received our harness. We've sent multiple emails and texts and have been told several times its finished and will be with us this week! At this point, as far as I'm concerned it's theft!

Great harnesses for any dog with a propensity to wriggle free from off the shelf harnesses. Adjustable, fleecy lined to prevent chafing and competitively priced.

Good harness but bad customer service, had to return harness as sliders were coming loose when dog was walking. Returned harness at my expense , was told postage would be refunded , no refund received and no reply to email asking where my refund is

They took payment first week in June. Received confirmation stating up to 4 weeks delivery. July I emailed chasing. They never replied. August I emailed chasing. No reply. I then disputed with PayPal and low and behold, a week later it turns up. Very very poor customer service

We ordered a walking belt. Nothing heard for weeks on the order, then a promise it would be with us the next week. Nothing arrived and after no responses to further enquiries we had to get the credit card company involved to get a refund.

Don't use this company

I ordered a safety link for harness to collar on 14th March. Now 16th April and still not received. Despite two emails one on 3rd April and again on 13th April to ask when it would arrive I’ve had no response at all. Not an expensive item but £12 is £12. I’d like it back if they’re not sending me the goods!

I hadn't read on the website that it was a 4-week turnaround, but when I let them know we needed it urgently they turned the job around superquick. Much appreciated!

Absolutely thrilled with my new Houdini harness and lead . The turnaround is a little slow , but the quality and craftsmanship is definitely worth the wait .

I ordered a new harness at the end of July. At this point the website said to expect a 2 week wait. After 2 weeks nothing had arrived at which point I went back onto the website and it said to expect a 4-6 week delay. This was annoying and I was disappointed to not have been notified. Waited until 6 weeks after ordering and still nothing had arrived. At this point I sent a message and got no response. It was at this point that I found all the negative reviews and assumed I wasn't going to receive my order. A few days later I sent an email. My order finally arrived the next day 7 weeks after ordering.
The product is fantastic. Their customer service and communication is awful. Clearly in over their heads and need to close the website to catch up with orders.

I ordered 2 x dog harnesses on the 10th July 2020
£58 paid in good faith
I got a confirmation of order text.
I still have not received them it's now 29th August.
I have sent numerous messages.......one was actually replyed to saying
(I was now asking for a refund, as I'd had to buy elsewhere)
"he thought that order had been sent he'd need to look into that" that was on 16th Aug.
Now its just an automated message replys
Still no refund or harnesses.

SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF GRIEF AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS
it's mind blowingly frustrating

It's such a shame about this company as the product is great, but the delivery times stated on the website are very misleading and customer service shocking (if they get back to you). If you are not in a rush to receive your product (i.e. you can wait months) then you will probably be happy once your product arrives. But unfortunately in future I will be ordering elsewhere.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the wait time for the product but for me, I’d rather wait longer to receive a quality product. Can’t find any other harnesses that fit as well as the indi dog harness and the fact you can choose the colours of the padding and webbing to suit you is fab. I now have 3 harnesses from indi dog - one custom order of an “I need space harness” and then 2x Vari fit. Definitely recommend if you’re willing to wait for a good product!

Received two vari fit houdini harnesses today and they are well made and as described. The website is a little misleading as it indicates a 2 week turnaround. Mine took 6 weeks to arrive, but that is expected when things are being made to order. I did communicate with the company. While not receiving response to email, Facebook messenger had a very quick and helpful reply. The items are worth waiting for. Most other harnesses are just not suitable for a growing whippet puppy, while these fit properly and the adjustment points are secure.

I have ordered before and the quality was amazing.best harness i ever had,great service and overal fab,so i recommended to others. I ordered again but was surprised about the bad reviews suddenly..now i know why! Order taken,no item received...i called 21 times-no reply.i emailed,texted,messaged..no response.while there might be a genuine emergency, surely somebody can put a notice up on the site? Stop taking orders? Its unprofessional to say the least.i have opened a dispute with paypal and will be reporting to trading standards.its a real shame,as many people i know have used indi dog before but if thats how you treat customers, you dont deserve a business
