I went in for a jockey wheel on the 27/04/26, I was told that it would be in the day after, but when I returned on the 30/04/26 it still wasn't in, the young man that took my order took my phone number, but still hasn't called me to say that it's ready to collect, the customer service at this place is very much lacking, as he was miserable, was going to buy more items for my trailer, but I will be going to Peter Bowmans in bury, as it's worth the extra distance, also the shop floor is full of tripping hazards with items left on the floor, a simple racking system would solve the issue.
Exceptional customer service. The help and advice I received from the team was excellent. I am a absolute novice in the trailer world and they took time to understand what I needed, give explanations and provide a solution. All done in a friendly and polite fashion and with patience. Thank you very much.
Brand new axle , once fitted found out the drum was cracked and the brakes had not been installed correctly,
You can blame the delivery drivers as much as you like but the axle had no protection to the drums so had been dropped through transport due to not been packaged.
Parts were quickly sent out for replacement which is why I am giving 3 starts because things happen but at least replacement parts have been sent thank you, again new drum was just in a white bag and you can see it’s gone through rough delivery handling again where the new drum has cut through the bag and tape.
The constant chasing up and you are made to feel like another problem customer I would have gave 1 star.
I have been sent a new drum , grease and a bearing set, then told you have to remove the studs from the damaged drum and also reuse the lip seal from the damaged drum because they don’t come in the kit so it’s like sort it out your self , I suppose I didn’t order a damaged axle but that came in my kit ,

Placed an online order for a wheel for an Indespension jockey leg and 48mm jockey wheel. Paid a little bit more than I could source from other suppliers but was keen to get the parts delivered quickly and correct first time so decided to go direct to manufacturer as my customer was in need of the machines to be put out on a job urgently.
The online portal did not indicate parts out of stock so received a call a couple days later after paying online to be told the wheel was not available and was not available to following week. I requested the 48mm jockey assembly to be send out to at least be able to get one machine back on the road.
In the mean time I received another call from my customer needing the unit needing a wheel ASAP. Called Indespension head office and spoke with Marcus who managed to source a wheel for me from one of their dealers and shipped out to me. Great!
Attended to my customer's machine fitted the wheel all good. Opened the box for the 48mm jockey leg to find a 42mm leg. Back on the phone to Marcus who looked into this to find the information on the web site was incorrect and part number wrong . Marcus arranged for a 48mm jockey leg to be sent out.
Waited 2 days still no jockey leg. Called Marcus who found the leg had not been shipped. Received correct let today (3/7/24 order originally placed 19/6/24)
To summaries my overall customer experience has not been great. This is not a discredit to Marcus. His customer service was excellent and got back to me when he said he would and really went out his way to resolve any issues which I am grateful for. The issues maybe lie with the online portal not being very reliable way to order. I am not sure if I will place an order this way in future.

Customer service is great. But it ought to be considering the lead time.
Staff failed to order the part in a timely manner, adding to the manufacturer of the part pushing the job back too and now im looking at a lead time of at least 2 months. Going to stick with it to see the product quality which at this point had better be amazing.
I rang up with a question about a potential order and the sales team were very helpful and then ensured that my online order was fulfilled very quickly
Part I ordered wasn't in stock but would 5 days. Date came but was told there was a back order and I wouldn't be getting any until 8 weeks time.

Ordered a replacement axle, waited 4 weeks before I had to phone to find out when it would be ready!was told it’s already here,travelled 64 miles to pick it up ,I arrived at Manchester road,only to find out it was the wrong axle! Salesman said it’s the correct part as we have checked against serial number! He said take it and you will find that it fits correctly! I took it ,and guess what ,it was 10 cm too short! I was told ,well it will take 3/4 weeks to get a replacement axle ! How can my business work without a trailer for 2 months (another 4 weeks for the second axle to be sorted)and they no longer galvanise the axles.my original is galvanised!can someone explain why your competitors galvanise axles and indespension have stopped doing this.I await your response please.
