Slow and difficult logging in process. Kept asking for too many personal details.
I have tried over twelve times to leave a review for former employer: each one rejected, no explanation. If they want honest facts about companies, why do they keep rejecting them?
As with other comments, Indeed seem determined to data harvest.
Many of the jobs are out of date before Indeed even post them. Annoyingly, the 'quick apply' process usually means submitting on Indeed, then being sent to the companies real website, and having to fill everything in from scratch. Becomes tedious, quicker to go direct.
Also, the search filters becoming infuriating! The suggested jobs bear no resemblance to what I set. Keeps pushing up totally unsuitable roles, miles away. No matter how many times I click to dismiss, they come back up. Sort it out.

This website is subject to huge amounts of identity theft and Indeed are not taking sufficient measures. Steer clear and definitely don't post your CV there.

Indeed is a shame for all the honest workers that use it. They reject company reviews despite only because they are 1star, even if you don't use bad words, insults and so on, even if you just wrote your honest experience and you write it and write it again and again thet will keep rejecting it. I am starting to think that they are paid to remove certain reviews from some companies as this is not acceptable, as you do not allow people to review honestly so that other people can be warned if for example that place doesn't work as it supposed to be. Why does Indeed cover for companies that work illegally? When do that they became crminal as well.
Moreover if you report illegal activity or discriminatory ads they don't do nothing. This company must be under investigation.

Used to be my go to for job hunting. Now just a frustrating mess trying to access my account.
Bot doesn't take number from email, try again and 'too many requests' message, try later. No, sort it out that it takes the number YOU sent me. I want to check my account NOW!!!!

Call centre options are so limited you cannot deal any queries. The system asks you two questions and then just puts the phone down by saying "thansk for calling and good luck". Appauling.

We have attempted to use indeed a couple of times to recruit - the last time we had 7 of 9 candidates fail to turn up and this week we had one candidate arrive wearing shorts and a hoodie - he even brought his girlfriend (seriously, who does that?) and the remaining 3 candidates failed to show up. There's no mechanism for us to leave feedback for these candidates wasting our time.

This used to be a good website for job hunting but i would oild ask all employees to move away from it.far too invasive, asking too many questions, won't let you use a password. Wants your Google account. Can't even open my own CV in download as it won't accept a password. What password? The one I have saved in password folder within android not accepted.
May as well delete the whole thing. Customer services respond but cannot solve the issue.
Reset emails never come through, solutions remain unsolved.
Privacy is our right and it is not your right to force us to give it away to use your service.
Move away, leave it alone.

Why are you forcing the need to log in and verify with a mobile number? The last time I had my number listed on indeed I was inundated with scam calls so obviously Indeed are selling numbers on. Seems I will have to just use other recruitment sites. Fine.

Receiving phone messages stating an interest in my cv, and to contact the whatsapp number.
Impossible to report or contact indeed regarding my account, and details being hacked.
Roundabout ride in help and questions,wasting time,and urgency to delete all my data.
They should be reported, and I am searching for guidance.

Why are they now forcing you to download the app, constantly trying to get you to put your phone number in and always reposting old job adverts! It's too much! Not user friendly at all get over yourself indeed!

I am getting repeated automated voice messages from this company. Even my phone marks their calls as spam. I retired TEN years ago and they are so incompetent they are still calling me to tell me they have a job for me.

Disabled girl left high & dry by indeed
Unfortunately & to the detriment of a disabled girl with Cerebral Palsy - indeed have decided not to allow a advertisement for a support worker :( This is despite many emails & explanations to each new assistant at indeed - providing documentation proving that this disabled girl employees workers, pays tax & has all the relevant HRMC documentation along with proof of address, now over 4 weeks have passed & we keep getting told this will be sorted in 24hrs - in the mean time this disabled person is terrified that she will not have anyone to even help her eat/drink.

I joined this year's ago and when I got work , not from their site, I informed them and they left me alone. Recently they have began emailing me jobs and the unsubscribe requests are ignored. You cannot even close your own account! You have to ask them for their permission. I am also finding it incredibly difficult to exercise my legal right for them to forget me and delete all data they hold. I had to sign in to try and close my account and in that process was forced to add my phone number and agree now they have it for them to contact me by voice call, recorded messages and texts. I wish I had never joined this pressure company.

Do not register or leave your phone number. You will get annoying, generic robo calls about "a job" from them every single day from different phone numbers, so you can't even block it.

For your information, the review information is completely factual of which I may write a book one day... I think your additional response does support my initial review I'm afraid...

23/08 - in response to your reply, my correspondence with your customer service by email provides all the necessary information and speaks for itself
4/6 - I tried to re submit my review and it was rejected; exactly the same review that I had previously submitted but was showing as a different country - neither an impartial or competent platform and a very good example of how some large organisations lose themselves in the idea of service they are there to provide and the actual reality. What you do show are reviews with expletives which highlights the validity of your "moderation process" which leaves a lot to be deaired. My review has been published in another site. Something to bare in mind when looking for a job.

Message to add to my contacts. I don’t want these calls. There is no way of stopping these calls. I never signed up to Indeed.

Would not wing me off my medicine instead they made me quit cold turkey. Boy did it turn bad! I begged them to please wing me off my medicine because I guess the jail doesn't allow you to take benzos but I could had died or had another heart attack. Why would vital core or the county jail put themselves in a lawsuit predicament? I went into very bad hilucinations and still affected till this day with quitting cold turkey. They knew I was on this medication as my Dr called them and called the jail. This is just a short version of the story but so much more had happened while I was blacked out and don't remember anything other than what I was told. Judge ordered me out of jail with no bond so I could seek medical attention. Can anybody or does anybody know what legal actions I could take? I warned them along with my doctor that I CAN NOT JUST STOP TAKING MY CERTAIN MEDS THAT COULD HAD A VERY BAD OUTCOME, SEIZURES OR DEATH, STROKE.

Absolutely useless, I've applied to about 100 jobs, including jobs that need no experience such as warehouse jobs. I've also filtered it to jobs that have become available in the last 24 hours. out of 100 im still yet to even get a interview. Absolutely joke. Uk job market is a joke and indeed is an even bigger joke.

Waste of space. They are not a recruitment ageny but mereley 'Scrapers' or in other words they copy and paste every legitimate recruitment site but then proceed to send you totally irrelevant results. As someone in the construction industry im baffled as to why im receiving jobs for mathemeticians or schoolteachers.

Its feedback ratings on here do not surprise me in the slightest but 90+ % must be a record for any company
