Friday special - paid for TV yet no stock
The most pathetic service. My daughter bought a TV online on Black Friday special. Failed to deliver, then eventually sent message Tshegofatso Kutumela sent message saying they do not have stock in Gaureng and are not willing to source from another province. Surely when payment is received stock is allocated. She then said we must request a refund. Absolutely useless and unwilling to help. Order no 301471354
Incomplete delivery of an order
I placed an order for three items which has been partially delivered. I am waiting three weeks now for the balance of my order. Despite my numerous calls and emails, I continue to receive the same response with no resolution or follow-up. I lodged a formal complaint via email and logged a support ticket, but each time I enquire, I am told that the matter has been “logged with the delivery company,” yet no one has contacted me, and I have received no progress updates.
Furthermore, I have been informed that my issue is being escalated with the relevant department to assist me, but to date, I have not received any callback or communication. This situation has persisted for three weeks now, and the lack of communication and accountability is highly frustrating and unacceptable for me as a customer. I am very unhappy, when asked to speak to a team leader or manager they are always not available and is told that my details will be given to them to call me, but calls are never returned. Why should I, as the customer, wait because my case is being investigated? No-one seems to know or can account for what happened to the rest of my items. This is insane.
One of my biggest regrets ever
One of my biggest regrets ever. Made an order on 22/11/2025. Paid in full and have been waiting for delivery ever since. Every single day I've received an sms that says delivery unsuccessful. They don't respond to emails ever. I'm know demanding my refund. This is the 1st and last time I try order or purchase from them. It's the worst of the worst. Do not ever purchase from here. You will not get the order and will fight tooth and nail to get your hard earned money back. There are great stores around to order from. Not incredible connection. And I see the date of experience is being requested on here, awful experience is every single day since 22/11/2025.Pathetic!
Their delivery time a lie
Their delivery time a lie. You have to actually call them to find out where your package is and they don’t care to even let you know how far how far it is the communication between them and the courier is not on par with other retailers. Why is it that they do not communicate with you the person buying, but amongst them selfs (between them and the courier). Just be prepared that they will take their sweet time to deliver.

Delivery is two days late, with no update whatsoever. Call centre agents did not help to solve the problem. I highly reccommend to never support Incredible Connection. I still have not received my order that was supposed to be delivered.

The delivery was made within a week after the online purchase of large electronic from incredible connections online. Handled with care and arrived in the expected condition. My items were delivered separately on different days which kinda bummed meout a bit , but thankful all items arrived .

Dear incredible connection Customer Service Manager,
I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding a TV I purchased from your store. The product is defective and has not functioned correctly since day one. It switches on and off by itself, and the screen only displays in black and white.
Despite logging a support ticket over two weeks ago, I have received no resolution or meaningful feedback. To make matters worse, my tickets have been closed without my consent or the issue being resolved. This is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected under the Consumer Protection Act.
I request the following immediately:
A full refund or replacement of the defective TV.
Written confirmation of the steps you will take to resolve this matter within 48 hours.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC).
