UPDATE! exactly my point, the responce to my review. He has an excuse for everything I mentioned, instead of taking accountability for the low standered packaging, he looks for fault in the customer. honestly, don't waste your time or money with this company.
The customer service of this company is extremely bad, I have been ordering from this company for well over a year. Last year when I recieved the CBD inside a carboard box, It was damaged and the box was soaking wet, Because the box was wet the carboard had split and no CBD was inside. Last week I ordered more CBD, when I opened the bottle the glass liquid dropper(pipette) had shattered inside the bottle(CBD). I reached out to Incr-edibles and was basically called a thief, and told my custom was not wanted no more.

The customer service you have received from us has been absolutely fine, and you are fully aware of this. Firstly, you have been ordering with us since June last year, when you placed your first order. This went fine, as did the second order you placed in August 2 months later.
Then, in October, you placed your third order with us, and a few days later, you sent images of a wet box, stating it had been ripped open with no product inside. Why a customer would accept a hand-delivered box in that state from a postman without checking it and raising concerns is beyond me. However, we replaced that product immediately without question. Unlike your original orders, this particular bottle lasted you five months before you placed a new order with us from the same address, but using a different Christian name and email address. Upon receiving this order, you sent pictures of a smashed pipette, stating it was broken during transit. Again, a free replacement was sent to you at our cost the following day. We have made and sold tens of thousands of bottles of CBD over the years, and this is the first occasion where I have seen this type of damage to any pipette.
Given the issues with both of your last two orders and the anomalies, we decided that you would be better served by another supplier, as we were not happy with how things were progressing with you. As such, we told you to shop elsewhere, as we would not be happy to continue supplying you.

Service is great & recently when production of the dog treats had run low they sent what they had and followed up with a phone call to explain the rest would be sent out a couple of days later meaning no break in the treatment. Would highly recommend x

Truly incr-edible
I've been buying CBD oil from incr-edibles for my dog for years now and it really is amazing. My dog is 14 now and he's still going strong and I truly believe it's down to the CBD oil. Delivery is super fast and communication with the team is brilliant.
