I've ordered all these things to reach $50 and now they taking forever to send me my cashout I requested this is ridiculous.

I've been a member of this site for 2years and after the 1 1/2 yrs it took me to get to the $50 cash out I still haven't gotten my payment. This company is absolutely the worst to join.

Yeah it’s a bunch of bull soon as you get close to the $50 they don’t send you emails you never get excepted for Surveys the ones that go through you don’t get paid it’s all bulI would not recommend the site to nobody the best one is inbox dollars they definitely pay

Would NOT reccomend this site. I've completed over 70.00 in offers and surveys but they have yet to "approve" the offers so I am not able to cash out I've been waiting 3 months and written 12 support tickets about the issue. Of course there is no phone number and in the one response I got from them they just recited a snippet of their terms and conditions saying I need 50 dollars to cash out. What a SCAM. Can we do a class action? My phone is 717 424 7708

I have been opening their emails for months now. I recently reached $46.50 and they stopped paying. I emailed but got no reply and when you submit a ticket, they say wrong username or password. I gave two stars in case this is a thing they're working on...but I doubt it.

Be careful of survey sites just like these! Many are scams & the best way to find out is to look for reviews. The legit ones will also have something on BBB & not that they have to "accredited" but at least they will have a score & complaints. Even if a company has complaints against them, they can get in touch with the customer to try to solve the issues. No one company or person is perfect but it's what they do with that issue makes them legit.

I have been clicking links and paying for products for the past 2 years only to be stonewalled at the end when I go to cash out my $60. There is no phone number, no email address and no way to contact InboxPays. When I try to submit a complaint on the Inboxpays website there's an error (and as I can see with everyone else is having this issue as well) The website will not let you sign in, it says you have the "wrong username or password." Which is obviously not the facts because you're signed in to begin with. I'm quite sure the BBB will be happy to hear about this as well as any lawyer. I'll check back to inform everyone about where to get in on the class action lawsuit against whoever is making money off of these advertisements that we keep giving in to and not paying us for it. Inbox doesn't provided their own surveys to pay they just link you up to other cities. Such a scam and waste.

SCAM!!!!! I have also trdied to get to customer service and says email and password invalid but they will send me an email with my password. AI NEVER WORKS TO GET A TICKET.....

SHAME ON YOU INBOX PAYS!!!!

Don't even waste your time they're awful they lie to you give you these long surveys with malware and viruses on the program

Been using Inbox for about 8 months now. They are one of the higher payout per survey Give it a try ,you will love it!

I have gotten to $39.60 and it won’t even give me the .03 or .05 cents anymore. I try to email them and say my password is incorrect and they send me my password and it’s the same I’m putting in. Yesterday and today it lets me sign into a Blank page. What a rip off!!!! I believe this company is s SCAM

A bunch of scammers. They lure people to complete large numbers of surveys then would stop one from getting to the final step to payment. The site seems unsafe also.

SCAM-----can not cash out -- Im up to 200 dollars and can not cash out - When i go to there support page- It goes in circles i can never get to even send them a message . WOULD NEVER recommend wasted hours of time for nothing. Also as a single mom the fact they make you waste your time i ridiculous. Will be going out of my way to file a complaint with the BBB

I requested and verified a payment and have not received nothing in my account. I've been trying to touch base with them and can't get no response. I've been above the 30 dollar 'minimum' for a while--it stopp'd showing my earnings going up at $36.28
Kinda confusing at best as to what's happening.
