I ordered a woven bag from Imprint5 in November expecting it mid January - well they delivered on January 15th and they are fantastic!!!! Great quality, beautiful printing! The support was amazing getting back to my dozen emails regarding the status, reassuring me all along the way the printing status, the sewing status, the shipping status and the tracking number. I chose ground shipping to save money so I knew the process would be long but they were 100% punctual in their promises and delivery! 100% satisfied and I save a ton buying direct!

Pre-sales service was very good, proof looked great but the finished product was not as good as the laser engraved message was not easy to see. The company redid the job using black paint instead of engraving and the product now looks great.

I used Imprint 5 for a 15ft event inflatable arch. Found them on google and reached out for a quote on the design that I was wanting and got a reply with a proof in under 24 hours. Communication throughout was good and the free shipping was DHL, which took 3 days from China to New Zealand. The quality of the arch is great and perfect for the running events that I organise. The whole experience from first contacting them to delivery took all of a week! On this experience I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
