I’ve been someone that’s enjoyed beer for a very long time, a lot. Having decided to give it (alcohol) a break after decades and many pints, having reached the age where you start caring about these things, I’ve started trying many different zero % beers and Impossibrew has been a refreshing change. Not only does it taste great but it also is low calorie, win / win! Really excellent and nice to be able to go for an IPA and Lager to mix it up a bit.

Even my wife has started steeling cans and she doesn’t even drink beer!!

Tried numerous low alcohol beers and very few tick the boxes. What I was looking for was low alcohol 👍 low carbs, sugar 👍but needs to be comparable in taste to the beers I usually drink. The social side wasn't on my radar. So far so good and good luck with the crowd funding👍

Order process simple , delivery a little slow but communication good

First I was sceptical but the taste is incredible. For me it is a real alternative and I’ll continue ordering more now. Well done.

The lager doesn’t have much punch/ flavour but is a nice drink.
The pale ale has a nice strong flavour and you feel like you are drinking an alcoholic brew

Tastes good. Lager goes flat quickly but I find it to be a good substitute for alcoholic beer.

The triple-hopped ale is very good. I stopped drinking alcohol October 1925 and haven’t missed it. Impossibrew is a great alternative. The three-star rating reflects poor delivery which others have commented on. It took nearly a week to arrive but hasn’t put me off ordering more.

Edit: Since my initial review below Impossibrew have been in touch and made me an unexpected offer in the light of the experience I had. Given that they have tried to resolve the issue as much as is possible at this point I have increased the rating. Appreciate you coming back to me. Thank you.

Given the heavy online promotion, I decided to try Impossibrew. My experience has been mixed, tending towards negative.

I was initially offered a 10% discount code, but despite several attempts I could not get it to apply to my order of three ten-can boxes. In the end, I proceeded without the discount.

I received an order confirmation and notification from DPD that the order was being processed, which was reassuring. However, a few days later there was no visible progress on the order status, by which point it was clear the beer would not arrive in time for when I needed it.

I contacted Impossibrew by email and received a prompt response stating there had been a system issue, which would be explained once identified. No further explanation has been provided since.
Behind the scenes the issue was resolved and DPD confirmed delivery for the following Monday, which suited me. However, DPD later rescheduled delivery to Saturday, despite my having moved it to Monday. Two of the three cases arrived, but one did not.

The final case never arrived as expected. After showing as pending for several days, it was eventually returned to Impossibrew without explanation.
I contacted Impossibrew requesting clarification, an update on the missing communication, and a refund rather than redelivery. This time I received no response.

After giving a deadline before initiating a chargeback through my credit card provider, I finally received confirmation that a refund would be issued.
While I accept that things can go wrong, what was consistently missing was clear and timely customer communication.

On to the product itself, I tried the Pale and Triple Hopped versions. The Pale was pleasant but not clearly distinguishable from other low-alcohol alternatives such as Adnams Ghost Ship 0.5%, which was disappointing given the price difference.

The Triple Hopped had better mouthfeel and was my preference, but again not compelling at the price point.

Overall, the beers were interesting to try, but not enough to make me return as a customer.

Where's my order? Where's the customer service? I ordered over a week ago and despite a message from DPD saying there is a problem, no responses to any of my emails and oh, An automated telephone service!
Absolute crap service!

I bought the lager as I wasn’t sure about the ipa due to having gout in the past . The larger has a citrus taste similar to corona , I’m generally a regular drinker but need a break after surgery and found after a couple cans I felt quite relaxed without the feeling of needing a alcoholic beer . Definitely good for anyone that’s looking to reduce your drinking habits

Signed up to an offer, but they failed to deliver the full order. I’ve sent them 5 emails and not heard thing back.
It’s a shame as I love the beer, but can’t justify giving my money to a company that doesn’t give any focus to customer service.

Part of my order was not delivered. My emails to resolve this are being ignored. Great beer, rubbish customer service. Reading the reviews this is not an isolated occurrence.

IPA was great taste and very beer like. Will happily drink as an alternative. Lemon lager was not quite as much to my taste but lovely product if you like the slight citrus taste. Overall very impressed.

Better than the real thing. Tastes great and gives that nice buzz with none of the alcoholic downsides. Where's it been since I've been teetotal?! I'm a convert.

I drink a lot of low and alcohol free beers and the standard has certainly gone up over the last few years. I must admit I looked at Impossibrew with a touch of scepticism and wondered whether the price would be worth it. I ordered a small case of lager and pale ale and was very pleasantly surprised. I'd put the lager up there in the top 3 or 4 low and no alcohol lagers; really refreshing, crisp taste and a pleasant aftertaste and feeling. The pale ale however really exceeded my expectations. It is head and shoulders above any comparable beers out there in the market whether they're AF, Low or standard pale ales. Fantastic taste and perfect in the hot weather, I just have to convince my wallet on getting more in.

Loved the IPA. not so fussed about the lager.
The link which included half price, a free t shirt and glass either didn’t materialise or was lost in the fog. Either way, received my ten tins for £30 inc postage. The IPA is really good, the lager a bit uninspiring. However, I have ordered 20 tins of IPA so that says it all. Cos it ain’t a cheap option. I usually buy 18 tins of a premium Belgian lager for £13 so they are doing something right.
