Untrustworthy - AVOID
Untrustworthy, AVOID unless you want to be disappointed.
Smooth sales spiel but promised something that can't deliver despite being aware of the importance of a particular handle and then refused to fix retrospectively so effectively a breach of T&C's.
Installation progressed ok (with the wrong handle) but FENSA guarantee never issued.
A wonderful company
A wonderful company - from getting a quote and them not being ludicrously expensive like other companies, right through to their customer service was amazing, and Darren the fitter is a master craftsman.
Not a scrap of mess left behind, no redecoration needed, just great skills. He was early every day, despite having to get to Fetcham to do the job.
All my windows and doors are well made, and well fitted. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent Customer Service , Great Workmanship
Having attempted to adjust my front door myself and ending up with a DIY disaster with it hanging off its hinges and unable to close it, I called Imperial Windows and sent them photos of the door. They immediately came out and managed to get my door closed so at least my house was secure. They then arrange for two fitters to come out on the same day to repair the door! Fantastic customer service, great workmanship …. Highly recommend !

Definitely recommend this company a very compadent team of people working to keep things running smoothly all the work was done to a very high standard and the two gentleman the put the new Windows in worked quickly and very afficantly and very tidy as thay worked and really new the stuff well done to the hole team !!!!!
Ignore the bad reviews
I always feel we should take reviews with a pinch of salt as I’ve always thought you are more likely to go out of your way to write a bad review instead of a good one. Looking at the bad reviews about this company saddens me as I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Imperial. The work they carried out to our home was superb with great customer service, i have nothing but great things to say about them and so do others who I have recommended them to. Scott and Nick were very helpful and informative from start to finish and we are very pleased with our new windows and front door. I would never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

The process of getting my windows and a new door fitted was absolutely brilliant. I received a quote and within a few weeks we had the call to say they could fit us in. The initial sale and then installation has been brilliant. Darren fitted our windows and a front door within hours, he was efficient and friendly.
There was no mess left behind either, I can’t thank you all enough, I highly recommend imperial and will recommend you to family and friends. Thank you
This company seemed fine at first but…
This company seemed fine at first but it all became a nightmare once issues arose later down the line. They were extremely rude (Kevin in particular), they outright lied to me and also charged me a fortune for coming to fix a problem that was due to their poor installation. Apparently faulty handles and gaps in the window aren’t covered under guarantee, only discolouration/ condensation. So I had to pay for the privilege of having them come back and fix it. Please avoid if you want to be treated with respect as unfortunately the customer doesn’t come first here.

Don’t say someone might turn up when you have no intentions of turning up . Just one thing to say , you need to turn up before I take this further !
Untrustworthy Owner, awful customer services and breech in T&Cs - AVOID
I chose Imperial Windows as I had received a good service 6 years ago for replacement of a window.
Unfortunately on a bigger job though their sales and survey service were good they failed to mention the quality of the safety restrictors they had suggested installing were of poor. Having noted issues with these and asked for a review I have spent 3 months chasing them to have an appointment arrangement with no mention of call out fee but then a follow up call from the owner Kevin who has not only shouted at me down the phone but spoken to me very rudely.
He stated that is just how the windows are and the restrictors are of poor quality. They do not need to see them to tell me this and if I insisted on it they would charge me a call out fee!
I would not recommend this company to anyone again. They are very keen and quick at taking your money but have a terrible after care service. After 3 months of trying to resolve this directly in hope of supporting a positive review I cannot.
Please be warned.
It is clear they have breeched the Consumer Rights act by not responding to concerns about the quality of the product and not being willing to review the concerns without threatening to charge for a call out.
They have also breeched their own T&Cs where it states clearly they will cover the hardware for a year. They won’t even review the hardware without charging for that courtesy.
Their service has been flagged with trading standards. Unfortunately I have no faith that pursing the matter with them
Will result in a honest review of my concerns about the work and they will charge me for no service at all. I feel quite threatened by Kevin’s tone and behaviour and wouldn’t feel comfortable in his presence. He has no worth ethic, principles or moral code. I wish I had read all the negative reviews which resonate the same behaviour pattern.

Disgraceful after sales service... This company is very happy to call you back before you accept their quote but once they get paid or if you have an issue once installed, good luck to get them to check it again for you. Not only they don't call back but they keep finding new excuses to avoid sending anyone to look at it.
Poor post installation customer service and not best installation quality
I am disappointed with how the client is treated post installation and with support customer is getting if something is not as it should.
My windows were installed 2 weeks ago however one window pane is missing and was supposed to be installed at the later stage (I was told within next 3 days) however still after 2 weeks from the installation no one contacted me to finish it...as a result I'm having blind window till now! Also one window is not fully installed (the filing is not done and there is 2 cm gap between the window and the wall). It was supposed to be done together with missing window pane..
They were very responsive to my mails and calls when I was asking for the offer and before I paid for the product and service ...But since payment was processed no one bother to finish installation and reply to my mail or call me back! I sent already two reminder mails and called them twice! No one bothers so far to come and finish what was started....
Updated review, I am now happy with the installation
The window units were fine and the fitters excellent but I have a problem with a door supplied by imperial windows the mechanism is faulty, after many calls to get it fixed Brian called out and said the springs are missing he would get a replacement, a week or so later he phoned to say I would have to pay £80 as not covered by 10 year guarantee, I spoke to Scott the owners son who said if I call in to the office they would give me the replacement but I was met by his father a totally obnoxious man who hardly said anything other than demanding £80, I explained that the mechanism was faulty from the start and I had spent around £6000 on their doors and Windows but he didn't want to know.

Following my poor review about the owner Kevin, Scott his son has now resolved the problem in a professional manner and paid for the parts required so I am now happy with the installation of all the windows and doors, in future I will only deal with Scott
Inferior NOT Imperial Windows…Please
This review refers to Imperial Windows located in Bagshot Road, West End, Surrey who should more suitably trade under the name of Inferior windows for their shoddy work and dishonesty. We are property developers and landlords who had windows installed by them following their promise of quality and service. They claimed a 10 year warrantee. When informed that they had not applied silicone around an installation (schoolboy error) which was causing significant draft therefore heat loss they asked for £100 to return to the site. We reluctantly agreed and despite offering safe access with social distancing measures, six months later and several calls and emails they have not returned. The warrantee they offer is worth less than used lu paper. If I could give zero stars, I would. They have an very obnoxious director who also claims to be the customer service manager named Kevin McC. I'd like to say what the C stands for but perhaps that wouldn't be appropriate. He certainly needs to be educated on the basics of running a business.
