Ali and his team helped us navigate a more tedious spousal visa extension (due to us running our own business) where other visa agencies insisted on payment upfront before looking at the case. Ali took the time to listen and fully understand our situation and advised us on the exact steps, met with us and made the entire process so simple that we had no issues at the home office at all!
Ali ensured all our documents were correctly formatted and spent the day with me at the Home office to answer any questions from officials. Needless to say my extension was approved and am looking forward to working with Ali again when I apply for ILR
