Brilliant service. I went in today with a 'refurbished' device that needed to be repaired. The technician took one look at it and said it was basically beyond repair. He could have booked me in and charged me for that expert advice and he didn't. This is a sign of a trustworthy company - they are looking out for their customers and potential customers. I am looking for a new phone and will 100% be back to them to sort that out in the very near future. Give this dude a raise!

I had a fantastic experience with iMend in Drumcondra after my iPhone 13 developed two problems the charging port wasn’t working properly and the battery needed replacing. I had both the iPhone 13 battery replacement and charging port repair** done by iMend, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the moment I went in, the team were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole repair process quick and hassle-free. My iPhone 13 is now working perfectly again — the new battery is performing brilliantly and the charging port is working exactly as it should.

I also picked up some accessories from iMend, including a new back cover/case with magnetic charging compatibility , which was a great bonus. It’s really convenient being able to get both the repair work and quality accessories in the same place.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the repairs, customer service and range of accessories really stood out to me.

The screen stopped working on my iPhone 13 mini - it had recently been repaired elsewhere. I got a warm welcome in the shop, and a phone to borrow while mine was in for diagnostics and repair. An issue with the battery was also detected and I am very happy with the new screen and battery and appreciated the excellent service and communication.

Imend provide a very professional and helpful service. They successfully transferred the data from an Android phone to an iPhone. Their customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would be very happy to use their services again.

Amazing place and very professional staff. Brought iPad for repair. They diagnosed the issue, replaced battery and gave new leads for charging. Also repaired an iPhone with motherboard issues and screen cover. I can’t recommend them enough. Best repair and sales for all makes of mobile phones and devices. We are very lucky to have these in our doorstep in Drumcondra.
