I purchased an unlock for my iPhone 6 locked to T-mobile USA on 12/30/2014, it took them 5 days to start submitting to supplier for unlock. Then 4 more days for them to fully unlock, and I got an e-mail saying that my phone is now unlocked. So I am very happy :).

I was a bit skeptical after my purchase because of some bad reviews coming in... Then there was no support on skype or even on the website. However I used Dalpay's transaction support to get responses, and they responded always within 24hrs, which is nice.

Dec 12 2014- I paid £19.00 to unlock my iphone 6 from AT&T
Dec 20 2014 - They said my phone is blocked and I have to pay more for extra service and the delivery timeframe is 12-24 hr.
Dec 22 2014- I paid for extra service for £39.20

Jan 06 2015- my phone is finally unlocked

I purchased their "express" service on 12/28/14 where they promised to unlock my AT&T iPHONE 5 within 24-48 hours. On day 3, I emailed them asking about the status of my phone and refunding my payment if they could not unlock my phone. It's day 4 now, I have not heard a peep from these guys. Just to update - as of 01/12/15, this company has not unlocked my phone. This company is a highly suspicious and would not trust them again. What a complete waste of my time and money!

I submitted the order to unlock an AT&T iPhone on 12/5/2014. It was not unlocked after a full week and IMEIUnlockPro told me it was blocked and asked me to upgrade to their Premium EXPRESS service for another $49 GBP. They promised to get it unlocked within 12-24 hrs. However, again it was not unlocked after ONE FULL WEEK! I requested a refund and they kept asking for more time to unlock it. I submitted a dispute through PayPal and they denied the refund since PayPal does not provide protection for intangible merchandise (such as services). They really should honor the refund since they did not deliver any service and my phone is still locked. After THREE WEEKS I had to dispute through my credit card and wait for the results. I can only say they are FRAUD and will waste your time and money. They don't even deserve 0 star.
