We packed so much adventure and so many experiences into the 15-day Heart of Europe Circle Tour! From the Alps to Venice to Paris -- memories to last a lifetime. Our tour manager and bus driver were unflappable and provided caring, personal service. It was reassuring to have all the hotels and meals arranged for us and to have informative guided tours. I highly recommend all of the optional excursions so as to not miss out on a thing. Overall, this program is a good value and an efficient way to sample a variety of cultures -- oh, and it's a lot of fun.

I have been home for about a week now from the Heart of Europe Circle Tour and I just want to say for the first time for myself to be out of the US was absolutely amazing. Our tour manager was so informational and enthusiastic. She made sure we all got a few "oofies" while in Europe. And our driver WOW he was fantastic. The things we saw, places we went and the food we ate was all wonderful, and I don't drink beer but I had to try and I enjoyed. Thank you Image Tours and your staff for making this girl a happy world traveler and wants to do it again soon.

Very organized, and efficient. Had such a wide variety of options to choose from. It was more than I had imagined. Would go again in a heart beat.

This tour provided an excellent way to see previously unexplored regions of the world with the confidence of experienced leadership. We loved the whole trip and highly recommend this tour group!

Image has been a great tour company. This was our third time to go with them. The tour guides and bus drivers have been wonderful and have provided lots of history about the places we visited. Image includes more meals than many companies with several dinners including beer or wine. Additional tour guides are furnished for some areas which give you more in depth description and history of some of the cities. Image also takes care of getting luggage off the bus and to the room and loads it in the morning. Overall Image provides a great experience for a reasonable price.

Overall the Image tour to UK-British Isles was excellent. We got to see a lot. Everything went very smoothly. Our group was very congenial. Our tour guide was very excellent.
It was a little difficult to see the passing sights over and around the seats in front of you the further back in the bus. I imagine most tour buses are the same, but could be improved on.
A bus with seating that graduated up in the rear of the bus might be better.
All but one hotel was very nice. It was undergoing some renovation.
Most of the breakfasts and dinners were good.
The Optional Excursions were good and offered variety.

Outstanding experience made largely by the tour guide and driver.

Saw and experienced places we never would have seen on our own. The guide and driver were very helpful. The castles were each unique and we found some unexpected ones. Local guides brought their own information about their areas and their price was very evident. Optional excursions brought more experiences. Our guide was great about recommending places to see during our free time. The memories will last a lifetime.

I am VERY VERY disgusted with your service and treatment of handicap travelers!! I had a call come in from a woman that had several disabilities take one of your tours and she was left stranded!! She got a note slipped under her hotel door saying they could not accomidate her any longer! yes she had disabilities and maybe should not have taken that trip, but for the guides to treat a handicap woman like that is appauling, leaving her with her bags stranded at the airport that is insane!!! I work for an emergency medical travel assistance company and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Great trip with an outstanding driver and tour guide. Will travel again with this company.

We loved the Scandinavia & Baltic States tour. We got to see an area of Europe we had not been to and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

The Scandinavia/Baltic tour was outstanding. Our tour guide was excellent very knowledgeable about the 7 countries we visited. We got to try different foods and learn new cultures. I would recommend
this tour to anyone who wants to see the north country

We saw 7 countries in 15 days and drove 2600 miles. Our bus driver, Ed was a gem, making us feel so safe along the way.
Tour Manager, Ger was a walking history book with extreme patience and kindness in all situations. We loved him. He put his heart and soul into his job. You could tell he simply loves Europe and loves sharing his knowledge! A very personable gentleman who made our vacation a wonderful experience!!!

Great trip. Would travel with Image Tours again. It was a well plan trip. All what we expected. Tour manager Anita was great and very knowledgeable. The bus driver was super. He was very helpful.
