The tour was fantastic. Everything was organized and the guide and driver were excellent. Get absolutely made the trip the great experience it was!!

The Image Tours 15 day Heart of Europe was the best trip I have ever taken. Our tour manager Richard Munning has so much knowledge and he talked about a lot of history of each country and area we were about to see. He is such a a caring man. He gave us a lot of tips to watch out for. I love that he walked slow so we can take pictures and love the whispers that we could hear Richard's talk about whatever he is showing us when we were a ways away.
Hans our bus driver was really a gentleman and he help you coming down the stairs in the bus. I give this trip a 10+. Thank you Image Tours, Richard and Hans to make a memorable trip I will never forget.

Tour guide/Manager, Barbara Kleinbussink; was very professional, informative & knowledgeable about history of countries visited. Also,very witty. Motor coach Commanders Lieke and William are extremely skillful drivers. Tour cost worthy of number of days and countries visited. Amazing experience for someone visiting Europe for the first time.

The tour guide and bus driver were excellent. It was a good balance of guided tours, free time and bus travel time.

I would have to say that everything we experienced on our Heart of Europe Grand to include London tour was wonderful. We were always looking forward to the next country visited and enjoyed every minute of our trip. Our tour guide, Minni Hoeve, communicated with us throughout our trip. He is wonderful, kind and knowledgeable tour guide.

Our Image Tours trip to Capitals of Central Europe was outstanding. This was our fourth time with Image Tours and the second with Ger, our guide. They have perfected that great balance of guiding and allowing personal time. Lots of pre-trip preparation and nothing left to chance.

Pauola Guelpa was the BEST person to handle the tour... Kind, Personable, business-like yet sweet, knowledgeable and fun! fun games! fun music! I wish she were my neighbor!!!

Image Tours made my Heart of Europe tour very worthwhile and enjoyable. It was non-stop from the time we got up for breakfast until we hit the pillow that night. This made the travel from Hawaii to Frankfurt worth the aches and pains of sitting on airplanes for 20+ hours. My adult daughter and I got to see the highlights of the countries we visited and satisfied our curiosity enough or made us want to return. This was her first Europe tour and she totally enjoyed the experience. Our Guide Minne and both coach drivers were personable and professional in all that they did to service the very large group of 37. The hotels were clean and hospitable and many provided views of the countryside which we thoroughly enjoyed. The drive through the Pass was particularly beautiful. The meals were typical European but the breads, desserts and drinks were always excellent. Thank you to all who made this trip possible.

Image Tours provided an outstanding tour of Scandinavia and the Baltics. Our tour guide, Richard Munning, was terrific. Richard is very knowledgeable of each country visited, and he provided us with excellent suggestions on how to spend our free time. The travel by bus, the various hotel accommodations, the local tour guides, the optional excursions were great. Richard's caring and thoughtful leadership made this trip an exceptional travel experience.

Image Tours gave us the trip of a lifetime. We saw all the WWII sites we hoped to see and a few more unexpected sites. The tour guide and bus drivers were the best. Very helpful and fun. We recommend Image Tours and will probably book another trip in the future!

We went on the Heart of Europe Circle Tour and had a wonderful time. It’s a fast paced tour visiting seven countries in 13 days. It’s very active and there’s a lot of walking. That said, I had a total knee replacement just 4 months earlier and was still able to keep up on every part of the tour even opting for our tour guides extra excursions where she would take us to places most tourists would miss on their own.
Our Tour Guide was Cynthia van Leeuwen from Amsterdam. She was the best tour guide we could ever imagine. Professional and strict, but warm and caring at the same time. A great personality, funny, and informative. She was always organized, kept the tour running smoothly and was knowledgeable about all of our destinations. If you were smart, you took her advice on places to visit and followed her on her extra excursions, like walking the wall at Rothenburg, Germany. Oh, and be sure to follow her suggestions on which local foods to try. You won’t regret it! What a great experience.
Great value for the money! This all-inclusive tour made it so easy. It would have taken me weeks to orchestrate a trip like this and even then I wouldn’t have seen or experienced all the out-of-the-way places our tour guide took us to. The thing we appreciated most was having our luggage transported between our rooms and back to the bus every day. To have to haul our luggage after a long day of touring would have been a negative in our experience. Kudos to you Escape World Travel!
Many of the hotels we stayed at were smaller family owned and in our opinion they were the best! All the hotels were extremely clean and top quality, better than we ever expected, except one in Italy. The Parc Hotel was clean and comfortable, but our room was very outdated. It didn’t seem to matter though because we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We opted for the Venice excursion so we were gone the whole next day.
We went on all of the optional excursions and were glad we did. They really added a lot to our overall experience.
Our tour guide Cynthia was always showing us out of the way places that we never would have found on our own. In Paris, she took us to a small family run bistro where we had some of the most delicious and authentic French food served with great wines and even someone playing French music on the accordion while we ate. Afterwards we hurried to the Eiffel Tower so we could be there when they make the lights sparkle. It’s a light show that just lasts 5 or 10 minutes and only once a night but the memories will be with us forever.
The tour is fast paced, and we loved it because we were able to see so much in such a short amount of time. I just wish they would listen to travelers reviews who request to spend more time in the more popular places such as Lake Garda, Italy, Delft, Holland, and Troyes, France. But all in all we loved this tour because it was like a smorgasbord of Europe giving us a sample of all that is available. Now we can opt to go back on our own and spend more time in the places we found the most interesting and inviting.
The bus was comfortable. Our driver Mike was a professional and very experienced driver. He made sure the luggage was loaded/unloaded daily and always had a friendly smile. He also made sure there was cold water and sodas available on the bus
Finally a personal highlight that continued throughout the tour was the wonderful breakfasts we had every morning. A wide variety of fresh sliced meats, sausages and eggs and fruits, along with a selection of cheeses one could only dream about in the States. A variety of fresh juices, coffees, teas and milk were offered. Cold cereal if that’s your thing and also many types of fresh baked breads and rolls that were outstanding. We'll never forget those breakfasts. We were in heaven!
The dinners we had were all good as well. One example, when in a small chalet restaurant in Austria they brought out a huge wooden plank filled with tender Ribs. It took up the whole center of the table! We all ate our fill while a couple of guys dressed in local garb played authentic Austrian music on an accordion and a guitar.
This tour is highly recommended. You’ll make new friends and have a wonderful experience touring places you’ve only dreamed about.
We would definitely use this company again when booking this kind of tour.

We had a wonderful first-trip to Europe. All accommodations and travel activities were carefully planned in advance. Planned meals were in nice locations and we were served excellently.

This was our second trip with Image Tours. Like before, the tour guide was outstanding. He always went above and beyond to make sure everyone's needs were met. The Italy tour pace was brisk but we saw and experienced so much. The food and hotels were fantastic. Take advantage of the optional excursions and you will realize an even greater value.

We did the Heart Of Europe Circle tour in April of 2023. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful. Where it fell apart is we were dropped at the city center and given free time. We had no explanation of what to do or see. The only time we had a local guide was in Austria. The rest of the time our tour guide, Barbara, told us she was not licensed to tour us in the areas. Why no local guide then? Very disappointing. The hotels and meals were great. Out bus driver, Leeka, was outstanding and very thoughtful in every way. All of our stops were at gas stations for bathroom breaks. We were always told to grab food for lunch, snacks, etc. Our only sit down meals were breakfast and dinner. Anything else was grab from the gas station. Our guide couldn’t even tell us for sure if they were pay restrooms and the amount. This was my first trip with Image Tours, and unfortunately will be my last. I’ve been in many bus tours, and this was not up to par.

We took an Image Tours in May 2023 and overall we would not recommend Image Tours. First the good parts: Bus driver was skilled. The tour guide read well from his prepared script and made sure everyone was on the bus. The breakfast buffets were mostly very good. We saw a lot of interesting historical sights. The local tour guides very good. Not so good: Most of the hotels were not centrally located. Mold and mildew in many baths. Dinners mostly marginal. Lots of time wasted with road blocks and detours. Wasted several hours at a small very rustic home cheese and wooden shoe making tourist trap. Restrooms there were awful. That almost made us late for the Anne Frank House. When given time on our own in cities, the schedule didn’t seem to take into account Sundays and local holidays when many places were closed. No recommendations for lunch spots provided. Early on, two fellow travelers got sick and were constantly coughing. The tour guide did nothing. After many days and complaints, all he did was make announcement to wear masks if you aren’t feeling well. The bus seat rotations continued ensuring everyone was exposed. The bus driver became sick. A lot of time is spent on bus and it was hard to relax due to the constant coughing. Image Tours and guide were surprisingly not prepared for this situation. Our travel agent was very disappointed about this. Many times toward the end of the day, the bus would act up jerk when put in gear. The windshield only got washed once – three days before the end of the tour. We had to make a small claim on our travel insurance. Getting reimbursement was not easy. Suggest bypassing Image Tours for a higher quality tour group.

Image Tours provided a wonder trip for our group as we saw many highlights of Central and Western Europe. Our tour guide, Ger, was very good at his job keeping us on track and having a great depth and breadth of knowledge about every place we visited. What a fantastic way to see many places without the stress and time of figuring it all out on your own. Thank you to the Image Tours team. I will travel with them again!

Our World War II was outstanding. Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. Our two bus drivers were excellent. The hotels were high quality and the meals were very tasty with one exception. The timing of the tour was very well-paced. The local guides were very informative and interesting. Overall, we were vey pleased with our tour and have recommended it to others.

We just love Image Tours. This is our third tour with them and it never disappoints. Our tour manager and our bus drivers, were very fun and personable. Our tour manager provided great information and history of the areas we were touring.
Its a high paced tour, meaning you see lots of sites, but still have lots of free time to explore things that may not be on the itinerary. It’s important to be able to walk quite a bit each day. It’s great to be transported by a beautiful coach bus, to catch your breath in between sites. The hotels were very clean and in safe areas. Many hotels in Europe don’t have air conditioning and that was an issue for many, although fans were always provided, the nights with AC hotels were much preferred.
Little things like not having to drag your luggage to the room and back, sounds minor but is very helpful following an active day of touring. We saw other tour buses staying at same hotel and the passengers had to take their own luggage to their rooms. This clogged elevators and delayed everyone getting to their rooms. Our luggage would be delivered by staff shortly after we would arrive at our room.
Image tours has been at this for a long time. They do everything top notch and with great efficiency. We highly recommend them.
