Everything on this tour was excellent. Wish my husband and I were younger and able to endure the airplane travel because we would certainly plan on enjoying every tour your company offers. The tour guides and bus drivers were so knowledgeable and we always felt very well taken care and safe.

Every day was a pleasure to be a part of the experience of seeing new towns-meeting new people-and learning the history.

We have travelled with Image Tours for four tours since 2014 and have a fifth tour planned for 2018. Excellent tours.

We have taken two tours with Image Tour, both by bus. Both were excellent! The first was a 9-10 day tour to six countries in central Europe, starting in Germany and visiting Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, and the Netherlands, before ending in Germany. Our bus driver and tour guide were both excellent - the driver was skilled and careful, the tour guide very personable and knowledgeable. She connected well with all members of the bus group, and was fluent in several languages. She quickly and competently dealt with any difficulties members of the group encountered, and was able to answer in detail those questions the group members had about the cultures and areas we were visiting. The bus was very comfortable and roomy. Everyone was able to have great views of all the cities and countryside. Passenger seating is rotated daily so everyone has the opportunity to be in the best seats. The tour stopped at appropriate intervals, and the overnight accommodations for the group were always clean, roomy, and in excellent condition.
The second tour was also 9-10 days, and traveled from north-central Italy to Pompeii, south of Rome. Again, the bus driver was excellent, and the tour guide knowledgeable of the area - including fluency in the needed languages. She was also very well informed about the culture and areas we were visiting.
Finally, in each of the cities we visited, there were opportunities to take side tours. Again, the guides were excellent - always personable and very knowledgeable.
All in all, we felt very sure of the competency of the staff and others involved in serving the people on the tour - it is obvious they really enjoy their jobs and loe getting to meet and know the people on the tours. They were helpful, polite, and a joy to travel with.
Five stars to the Image Tours - we hope to travel with them again !!

Very well organized and thorough in management

We had a good time and a very knowledgeable guide. My only complaints were as follows: One place we went in to tour, only half the group could go in at a time, and we happened to be in the last group. But when we returned to the coach, we were reprimanded for holding up the group. Apparently, we were expected to see less than the group that went in first.
My other complaint was in Belgium. We were only there for 90 minutes and bought french fries enroute to the bus, so were told to throw them out because we couldn't take them on the bus. Only 90 minutes to see a city hardly merits you including it on your brochure as one of the countries we would visit. We went no other place in Belgium.

Tour guide and driver were top notch; couldn’t ask for better. Guide was very accommodating to everyone, especially those with special needs, eg bathroom stops, dietary restrictions, etc. Tour included stops at many must see and do sites and activities. It also included many surprisingly nice previously unknown to me stops. Considering the time we had in each place, I thought it was a good blend of included and optional tours, and free time. Accommodations, I would rate at 3 stars, all were clean and most were comfortable. I like the thoughtfulness of most stops being for 2 nights; much better than having to change every night. Being allowed only one bag is understandable but required much thought shopping early in the trip. Many of hotels were “isolated” and not in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Because of this dinners at these hotels, for the most part, was included. I would recommend this tour to others .

I took a World War II tour in northern Europe this Fall. The guide and the drivers were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very professional. The tour was what had been advertised and was most better than I expected.

Guide was amazing. My only complaint was flying us two hours straight south and then flying back two hours north on the way to Europe. This was done both ways and added four hours of flying to an already long flight.

The circle tour of Europe exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Would not hesitate to book another Image Tour.

My husband and I thought this British isles trip was the best trip we have been on. Our guide was very knowledgeable on every thing. Our bus driver was very curtious and a safe driver
We had a great group of new friends. Everyone got along. We plan to take another image again in a few years. Maybe best of Europe tour.

We had an excellent trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There were many highlights but Oktoberfest was definitely one.

The driver and tour guide were top notch! Learned a great deal of history that we would have never gotten if we were traveling on our own. Also enjoyed all our friendly and fun loving fellow travelers. We had a really good trip and likely will travel with Image again. We certainly will recommend you to all our friends.

We were on the WW 2 Memorial Tour. It was a fantastic experience. Our tour manager Fred Pot was spot on with information and history. My son and 17 year old grandson were my companions. We were equally sorry when our tour was over.

I came home with renewed appreciation for our boys that gave their lives for not only Americans but also for the freedom of our allies.
