I Love Tour gets a 1 star review from me. As a sports society we feel so badly let down this year. We had a 56 hour coach delay in which I Love Tour did not want to help one bit - they practically left us young adults stranded in a foreign place. I just want to say a big thank you to our tour rep Teigan, who kept our spirits up and kept our heads on during the process of this scary situation.
Before we arrived, we were told we were going to be made a fuss of after our 58 hour delay… somehow I Love Tour forgot all the plans they made for us and they never happened.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience with us. As a team, we tried to do everything we could to assist with the issues with the coach company. If you want to speak to your account manager, please reach out. We assure you that we covered food and water, the affected teams' flights and transfers to get home and also offered various things in resort - such as free drinks at our venues and organising a private welcome party for the teams.
As we've had positive feedback on how things were dealt and the steps we made, we hope in the future you can see that the ILT team did everything that we could in the situation. I'm glad to hear that our reps were helpful and were a good reflection of the company.
We hope we see you at another event, and the circumstances that were out of our control to be seen as an unfortunate and unheard of situation.

Just fly next time
Was meant to arrive on Sunday at 2pm but didn’t arrive until Monday at 8pm. We were provided with an unsafe bus that broke down three times and then they still chose to not send us a new one despite the door not being able to close and the air compressor breaking. We were stranded in Birmingham for 7 hours and then stranded in Calais for 5.5 hours and was then in Abbeville for 9 hours so our bus driver could sleep as we only had one due to the other one running away in Dover. Our tour rep Tegan was amazing she helped keep all our spirits high during what was meant to be a 26 hour coach journey which was swiftly turned into a 58 hour coach journey. She was so helpful and just the loveliest person ever and deserves so much for what she had to go through on her first tour.

Matas was the best rep i have ever had…
Matas was the best rep i have ever had in my 3 years on tour. He was amazing, kind, and good to look at. He helped my fresher find his lost phone when he was a stupid drunk and lost it in the club, and saved him a lot of money. Matas should be promoted to head of reps tbh

Spain 2025 (Salford uni)
Pros-
•Our tour guide Red, proper sound gal 10/10
•good hotel location
•was an okay hotel
•the main activities were fun boat party probably best
Cons-
•didn’t get scheduled to do sports day
•had bed bugs in first bed meaning a room swap after we unpacked
•food was rather poor to be honest not very impressed with it
•coach drivers were a bit too weird kinda Pervs
•loved the DJ but he played same songs a good couple of times

Quality trip
Had a corker of a few days with the hockey society. The nights were great and a big bit of praise to Matas for being our tour rep, great laugh and very helpful if I had any questions; definitely made the whole process of the trip much easier.

I have really enjoyed my experience on…
I have really enjoyed my experience on tour as a fresher, Joe our rep, has really gone all out from getting on the coach, during the day and to the nights out he’s always been there to bring the vibes and help us out. Honestly my experience would not be the same without Joe, this is my first girls holiday and Joe has really gone all out, we enjoy his birthday and really think of Joe as a crucial part of iLoveTour. I can not wait to get the coach back, and we will definitely be coming on your next year and fingers crossed Joe is our rep next year.
