I love the merchandise, but I’m currently unable to access my account.

I love reading the dog stories. And I do like some of the products. But it seems when I get a small coupon discount, it’s not for the item I need or it doesn’t work.
(Then the shipping makes it too expensive). And when I have ordered something I needed soon, it’s taken quite a while to receive my item and many times too late.

They have a specific mission and everything they do focuses on that mission. I also love the personal touches like getting my report and hearing from them on my dog's birthday.

Good compamy...great and reasonable products going for a great cause. Staff is super nice those I have spoken to. Delivery of items are on time if not before scheduled and in good condition.

I love buying from IHeart, I make up donation baskets to raffle with alot of the merchandise I purchase so essentially doubling my donations, feels good. Would love to see toys for blind dogs, dog balls with bells in them. I have a blind Springer Spaniel

I have always had a good experience with this company. Products and service have been very good and I like that purchasing from them helps dogs with meals and other services.

As one of the world’s foremost dog people, I don’t know of another organization that does more than you. My only regret is that as an old guy on a fixed income, I can’t do more to help. Keeping my 3 dogs happy and healthy is the best I can do.
