If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered them two months ago and tracking says yodel have them. Haven’t received the hearing aids, no response to any messages now requesting update or refund. A complete scam.

Bought these to try as l knew that l needed hearing aids from recent test results. They didn’t fit as l have tiny ears. Bought beginning of August and even after at least 10 emails l still haven’t received my agreed refund.

Awful business if they are a genuine business that is.

Purchased on 12 October 2025 and as of 14 November I have not received them or the refund I was told I would get on 30 October 2025.

DO NOT buy from them. They are not trustworthy.
I am now speaking to trading standards.

A TOTAL SCAM! They will only reply to a question before the aids were delivered. But if you want replacements or money back they go totally quiet. Ordered hearing aids for me. They took over 2 weeks to arrive and when they did ,one of them didn’t work properly. I have emailed them 8 times. I cannot afford to lose £69. I totally trusted them as read positive reviews on Facebook. I’m gutted that I’ve been scammed! looks like I’m not the only one. Something needs to be done to stop them.

SCAM - ordered 08/10/25 - purportedly a UK company but payment on bank statement says Hong Kong - still no hearing aids despite emailing and being told they were on their way. As soon as I mentioned about having a refund there has been no reply. Absolutely despicable SCAMMERS

I ordered these at the beginning of August and they arrived promptly. There were a few initial problems ie they did not fit snugly into the ear canal so looked very ugly instead of "almost invisible" and there was a rushing and/or whistling sound. I contacted customer services on several occasions and always had a prompt reply from Elena. I tried all the tips she suggested eg using smallest ear domes and information about correct fitting. I was offered a step by step illustrated pdf fitting guide which never arrived in spite of me reminding her on 3 occasions that I had not received it. A refund was mentioned and I reluctantly contacted Elena to say that I would like to accept this. She then offered me a 25% refund and told me that I could keep the aids as a spare pair and would also send me the smallest size eardomes so that I could, hopefully insert them further into my ear canals. I accepted this. After a few days had elapsed I made enquiries about the domes and my refund and continued to chase it up at intervals. I received emails back from Elena on four occasions (30/09, 08/10, 18/10 and 28/10) all very apologetic, thanking me for my patience and assuring me that my refund had been approved by the Finance Department and would be in my bank account within 5-7 days. Also that she would chase the Finance Department for me and personally expedite the despatch of the eardomes. Elena seemed such a pleasant helpful person initially but by this time I realised I had been scammed so would advise others not to buy from this company

Complete utter rubbish company, take your money will not reply to emails, no date or time my item will be sent, asked for a refund with no answer from them

Absoloute scam company,dont buy youll either not get your hearing aids or get your money back.

Only one star, if less than one would give it, ordered a pair over a month ago, firstly the excuse was customs delay, then Yodel had lost or mislaid them, so now asked Elena for a new pair or my money back, and had no reply whatsoever, like a few more on the reviews, I thought that these were a genuine product and the company legitimate, but now seems to be another con, stay well away from this company

I wrote a review the beginning of September and like others have no refund as at 13/11/25 . As others stated Elena promises refunds then no longer replies. I would have preferred to give NO STARS !!!!!
Please do not waste your hard earned money - I wish I knew how to get this company thrown off the internet.

I ordered these hearing aids at the end of May 25. They were for my wife, who didn't like the fit. I immediately returned them by royal mail tracking as per their money back guarantee. I have been waiting since 3rd June and have been fobbed off week after week requesting my money back. A woman called Elana replies to my emails promising my refund is in the system. I am not getting any replies from her anymore... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

I would give these a zero star if possible , I ordered a set in August but inadvertently ordered 2 by mistake . Emailed company within an hour reply was sorry too late order gone through but on receipt I could return 1set for a refund . Received 2sets tried one set absolute rubbish so emailed company “ Elena” for returns address ( China ) . Payed £26 postage . Told that was not refundable. After numerous emails for my refund of £137 only to be told it’s in the system to be cleared I have since found out that according to Gov.uk at Companies house they were dissolved in Sept . Unfortunately I paid by a debit card not a visa so it looks like goodbye to my money . I’m 80 and could well do without this hassle. So I shall just join the other 100s who have been conned .
Maybe we should start a club Ha ! Ha !

I received the hearing aids within 2 days and found them to be poor with a constant whistle sound and so asked to return them .I was told they had to be returned to CHINA which i did but the address given has not got passed Chinese customs foe 8 weeks , i complained and was offered a 25% goodwill refund which despite promises has never been paid ,My advice is not to use this company because of the way they have treated me

Don’t buy 😡😡😡 ..Ordered 9th oct still not arrived said 5-7 days delivery .They replied to my first email saying looking into it but since I’ve heard nothing …Asked for a refund and now not even replying to my emails? Disgusting Service when they take your money ..

I can't give a review about them as after ordering on the 7th of Octoberl I have yet to receive them I have contacted them on numerous occasions to ask where are they and I told them last week that I wanted a refund an it now looks like they are not acknowledging my email terrible customer service

they did not work for me i reported a fault on the 25/09/2025 i am still waiting for a refund

Do not order from this company as I don’t think it exists,supposed to be a UK based company,I ordered 1 set of hearing aids and was charged for 3sets with cost of £207.
Rang the company straight away, got no answer, emailed them and was told it was to late, as the order was despatched, and if I wanted I could have a discount for 40% if I kept them,I even had a yodel tracking number. When I hadn’t received them I contacted yodel, who told me the shipment was coming from an overseas company,
After emailing ihearmore backwards and forwards,and still not received the hearing aids I was told I could have a GAURANTEED REFUND,within 5/7 working days, still waiting 3weeks late. I don’t think I’m ever going to get a refund.
The web site has now closed down.

I purchased a set of hearing aids from IHear more, they arrived I was very pleased but due to a mistake 2 sets were sent. They offered me a discount of 50% refund. Customer service is disgraceful as 4 months on my credit is still not showing up. Loads of emails and they tell me it in the system. Well unless it’s coming from Outer Mongolia it’s not showing up in my bank. Disgraceful customer service

Utter scam. Not a Uk based company, returns have to be sent to China at a cost of £26 and then they never refund you. Been fobbed off by them and now gone through my bank to try and get my money back. And the shop site I bought from has disappeared. Disgusting.

This company is a rip of.
Bought a pair in July,not working.
Eventually I had an address to send them back.Three months later they were sent back to me.
Don't order its a scam.
