Very poor product as many have said they sell amplifiers as high tech hearing aids. Returned my so called hearing aids under their refund guarantee only to be given the customs clearance story. So far no offer of refund forthcoming.

Blue aid not working i made contact with them they said they would send out a replacement still waiting 3 months on don't deal with this company total scammers .

This company conned me into buying 2 pairs of hearing aids which cost me £400 I wrote to them stating that I only wanted one pair so the offered me the 2nd pair for half price but I never received any money back from them so I decided 4 weeks ago to send everything back they've received the returned hearing aids but have not been in contact with me to sort out my refund there customer service is despicable and to treat an old age pensioner lije this is disgusting

Total scam of a company , duped into buying 3 sets , after e mailing & trying to phone to cancel (as in their 24 hour cancellation guarantee) I had no response at all untill after 24 hours had passed , then Elena got in touch to say that it was too late to cancel the order as they had already been posted out!
I requested several times for a refund , with discounts from them increasing after refusing, I eventually took this matter up with my bank as I had purchased them with a credit card & managed to get a full refund .
This company wants investigating , they are preying on old & vulnerable people, with the majority losing hope of ever getting their money back !

Seems I am another who sent back a pr , a strange ordering system caused me to order twice as I ended up ordering two prs. Following a long drawn out dialogue with Elena, (now I read is a robot.)The parcel arrived in China, but since I have heard nothing , even having written numerous emails. Has any one had luck in getting any money back ?

this company is a fraud ,and is coning people. I bought a pair of their hearing aids and as others have mentioned their site jumps from purchasing one pair to two pairs ,rather conveniently. once you press buy now ,I emailed immediately and said a mistake had been made and that I only wanted the one set and please refund the cost of the second set ,no both sets came eventually and again I asked for a return address to send one set back ,I was told all refunds are done manually and this would take some time but if I kept both pairs they would give 25%refund one one set ,a week later one hearing aid failed to work ,so I asked for a replacement and I would return the faulty ear piece, and asked where was my refund ? I told them if by today's date they had done nothing about either issue I would write a review exposing what a set of crocks they are , so here is my story , don't touch them they are frauds

Please please Do not buy from this company or any company associated with it in China.
It does have a uk email but this is just another scam.
The device just is terrible. I have asked for my money back several times under the 60 day rule but I have had no reply.

I have requested a refund from my credit card company under section 75 as like everyone else been caught out by these low life's.

I’m a 86yr old pensioner with bad hearing so IPaid out 69£ for aids and 19£ for ear cleaning kit on the 10oct I have sent text after text no sign of any refund or aids .
This company should be shut down and all employees should be jailed and of course you can’t to talk to anyone
The money I spent out would feed me for a month I hope they sleep well at nights swine’s all of them

Scammers. My experience is just like other complaints. I was misled and ordered two pairs in October. Never delivered, blaming shipping & customs issues They offered 25% refund,then increased to 50% all of which I declined and insisted on a full refund . Their sales agent named ELENA was initially very quick to offer to sort things out,promised swift action through their finance department. No refund received, and despite many chasers, I have total silence.
An absolute disgrace, these scammers should be found and flogged

Absolutely disgusting company. Any company that preys on the medically vulnerable is sick. They sell a cheap amplifier as a hearing aid. They advertise money back guarantee. They don't and there is zero chance of getting your money back. Just their bot 'Elena' wasting your time. The product is useless and a complete waste of money. I implore you not to give this company a penny, it's very obviously a scam company. Thanks for Trustpilot for giving a platform to let others know about these scammers.

Do not buy from this company I ordered back in the beginning of October on behalf of my Mum ,I’ve tried emailing several times ,in the beginning I got an automated email from Elena ,but after second follow up emails im getting no reply at all ,bloody scammers !!😡

I ordered a pair and got charged twice and never got my order do not buy any thing of these its a scam. Emails have gone on for months.

Cannot honestly give any stars - this is a scam company advertising on Facebook. Needs to be highlighted. All communications lead to a “nothing website”. Shame on them scamming this way. I didn’t even receive the advertised rechargeable hearing aids. Now with my bank to investigate the purchase.

I was promised a 50% refund twice with no reply my latest prompt for a reply has ended with no response whatsoever.
A company which should be struck off particularly if you became dependent on the product and required service.

Ihearmore isto be avoided they duplicate orders at the time of ordering and will not cancel the order even after notification ten minutes after order placement they still sent two sets ,, to add to my.cost I returned a set which cost me 18 pounds and despite assurances from Elena there customer service manager that the returned item has been received and a refund will be processed it does not happen. Please do not use this company.

Like another reviewer, i would actually give then no stars. Absolute scam. The hearing aids were useless - they did not fit in my ears satisfactorily and only produced distorted whistling nouse. They have failed to give my refund after months of asking and now do not reply to emails and can't find an address or phone number. They should not be allowed to trade in the Uk

i bought iset of hearing aids and wascharged for6 at £414for these igot intouch and asked to send back to china when i recieved these . i nevergot them they then offered my 40% off im a 77 year old pensioner and wanted my moneywas told my refund had gone upstairsand been passed i would recieve refund in3 to 7 daysthat was 2 months ago what a bad company.
