I would avoid this company, if you want a refund they tell you at your expense that you have your send the goods back to China and wait for a response, or they offer a partial refund which never comes until they eventually don’t reply, very bad experience.

Ordered one set ,got charged for two!!

After two months gave up and reported a scam to my bank and they refunded me in December 👍

Scam. The product exists - but it is of very poor technical quality. I ordered one pair of hearing aids, but I got charged for 3! The advertisement states that they are a family run, UK business - I believe this to be untrue. I immediately tried to cancel the extra 2 hearing aids and was told to was not possible but I could get a refund if I returned them. Long delivery time even though shipped from a UK fulfilment company, and only 2 hearing aids arrived. Told them I had been charged for 3, and they insisted that they sent 3 - I had to point out to them that it was physically impossible to fit more than 2 units in the package. In the end, they promised a full refund if I returned the 2 I had received to an address in China (so much for the family run UK business)! Postage was £25, and tracking show they got as far as Chinese customs where they are stuck. To date I have not received a refund. Total Scam.

I ordered on 5th October was charged for 2 sets, was promised if I sent. one lot back would be remburst, but with so many emails…never received my order, like other people communication ceased,

When they were received my husband couldn’t wear them as they kept making a high pitch noise, the company agreed they were faulty so I asked for a stamp addressed envelope to return them and another pair to be sent to replace them - I have emailed them over and over again, I received an email to say they were on their way 3 months ago which didn’t happen and every email sent replies it is being reviewed - it’s a con!!!!!!

I ordered aids from IHearmore at a cost of £197+£24 extended guarantee. After weeks of waiting I did not receive the aids. Contacted ELENA by email and she said they were on the way. After a few weeks they still had not arrived. Contacted Elena again and said I was not satisfied so I wanted a full Refund of £221 which she said she would action straight away. After more weeks I had still not received either the aids or the refund. I then contacted my Credit Card provider and they refunded my £221 immediately and stated they would continue pursuing the £221. I have since heard from my Credit Card company a they say that SP IHearmore are challenging the refund. The Credit Card company stated they have sufficient information regarding this case and will continue recovering the £221. At 89 years old I deeply appreciate my Credit Card company’s help.

Absolutely shocking service, complete scam, they don't give back refunds as promised, avoid at all costs.

The product didn't work and I was offered a 50% refund if I didn't want to pay the cost to return them. That was months ago and despite many promises that the refund was waiting processing absolutely nothing and now the emails are being ignored completely. 100% SCAM!

Complete Waste of time this company i have been complaining since august for a refund and also a pack of Domes and accessories which was £24.99 still not seem them and Now there website is not working Deffo a Scam Beware ..............

I ordered a pair of hearing aids from IhearMore on 10th October, paying £89.00. I am still awaiting delivery. I have chased for delivery several times, and initially was getting replies. Now that l want to cancel my order, l'm getting no response whatsoever from the company! Please avoid this company, wish l had checked the reviews before ordering!

Been waiting for a refund since July after jumping through hoops sending the aids back to China at my expense..ITS ALL A SCAM.....

We received the earrings aids after wks of waiting wore them once went to charge them it wasn't working I've emailed them but have had no response back

My earpods have never arrived. Apparently they were posted as I had a Yodel tracking number, but then Yodel stated I needed to contact the sender as there was a problem with the package. I have just noticed that none of their links to the website work anymore so I have been SCAMMED. I will NEVER BUY from an advert on Facebook again! Lesson learned!

I placed an order. On 8th October I was advised it was out for deliver. 20th October I emailed to say I had not recieved order. I had a reply giving tracking number which never worked. After sending various reminders to them weekly and geting a generated automatic responce it will be looked into. 6th November was last auto reply i got. I had even by then requested my money back or my order. I have heard nothing since. Today is 10th December I have come to the conclusion they are just scammers. I certainly would not recomend them and I tell everyone I know to avoid them.

I ordered £69 hearing aids. At time of order my bank blocked the purchase as a possible scam but I overruled them & ordered using a debit card (big mistake). My order never arrived. The tracking number provided didn’t work. Messaged several times & Elena assured me my order was in transit. Got fed up & asked for refund. I was offered a discount to keep the item (which I had never received) or to return it to China (at my expense)to get full refund. I said this was all unacceptable as it had never arrived & that I wanted a full refund after which Elena stopped replying to my messages.
Luckily, when I got my bank involved, they managed to sort & I the bank reimbursed me.

If I could put no stars I would. Total scam, don't touch with a bargepole, as they saying goes.

I placed an order with this company and then looked at some of the reviews to find out that the majority of the customers were very dissatisfied with the services. I immediately email them within the hour to to cancel my order immediately, and to seek full refund of my money back into my bank account.

To date. I have sent several emails back to try and seek getting my full refund. But it just falls on deaf ears, and I've had absolutely no reply back whatsoever.

So now I'm going to have to take it up with my bank account to see if they can refund me my money? Because I never got any item delivered. But I got invoiced for the goods not received.

My initial contact with the company concerning this appeared positive being told that replacement aids would be sent but to retain the original ones. After this and with no sign of the replacements I contacted them again and was told the despatch team had been told to ensure the replacements worked.
After a few more weeks I contacted them again but only received an email saying this would be passed to one of their team. Again I waited and then contacted them with the same result. They obviously don't actually do anything to help you I would advise anyone to think a second time before buying!

Usual problem, promised a refund which of course never materialised. Total con as far as I can see
