Warning to others: I paid $199 for an “Author’s Promo Publishing Package” that promised proofreading, formatting, cover design, and publishing on Amazon KDP, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble. Before payment the seller was very responsive, but after I sent the money through Cash App, communication stopped and the service was never delivered. I have reported the transaction and kept screenshots of all messages. Please be careful before sending money for publishing services online.
