I did not have the card on my and had to go get it and she offered to hold on while I get the payment method ready. The process of calling to place an order was easier for me than going online to place the order. The product is fine, but I despise that any order placed online will be put on hold until you get on the phone with a rep. If I hit the buy button, what I don't need is to schedule a phone call. I already own three, which is clearly visible in my order history. I don't need to be asked if I forgot to buy replacement toner or cards.
