Fraudulent Charges and No Customer Support
I signed up for Idox.ai and was told my payment was declined. However, I later discovered that the payment had actually been taken — not once, but four times. A month later, they charged me two more times without any explanation or authorisation.
I’ve emailed their support team multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service until they fix their billing system and start responding to customers.
