I started my laser hair removal at Ideal Image and was mid‑treatment when MD Aesthetics took over. I was told they bought Ideal Image, not that my contract could just be thrown out. Instead of honoring my original package and finishing my sessions, they refunded me about $1,900 and discharged me as a patient, leaving me with incomplete laser and my hair growing back. And before anyone thinks $1,900 is a lot: I originally paid much more for multiple areas — full legs, bikini area, perianal, underarms, and arms — so this refund does NOT cover what I paid or what’s left.Today I spoke calmly with the manager, Sydney, to ask why I was refunded in the middle of treatment and to explain that I’m unhappy with the results. Sydney was immediately rude and extremely defensive. Rather than trying to help or find a solution, she blamed me and said I had been ‘rude before,’ so they decided to refund me and get rid of me as a client. This is how they treat someone who paid thousands of dollars and just wants the treatment they were promised.If a business can sell or buy contracts, partially refund you, and then kick you out because you’re upset about being left with unfinished results, that’s a huge red flag. Be very careful before starting expensive treatments here. Get everything in writing and understand they may not finish what you paid for.

BAD misleading scammers. Over phone was told 1 session would decrease my waist level. When I got there was told I would need 3 sessions. Was not able to get a refund. Won the magistrate's judgement but Ideal Image ignored the judgement. My option is to put a lean against them or small claims court. MONEY HUNGRY business.

Does anyone know whereBelle went to after Ideal Image closed? She was wonderful with lip filler and I’m trying to find her.

Ideal image is a scam . They took 1200 bucks up front for a service I scheduled. Once I went to my appointment it was determined I was not a good candidate and I would be refunded my money . I received an email stating that my contract was voided and I would receive my money in full plus the additional money they took out of my payment. I can’t get my money and I have tried many times contacting them by email and phone and get a run around. They won’t give me my money back!! Stay away from this company. Currently following legal means .

BEWARE! Ideal Image appears to be going out of business. My wife retired as store manager in Nov 2025 and Ideal Image has locked down all 401k withdrawals through their 401k processor Empower Co. We can't get her personal contributions to her 401k until Ideal Image releases them!! Recommend all employees cease putting any funds into 401k!!

My experience with the former Ideal Image in Henderson, NV was WORTHLESS!
I was convinced by the Manager that CoolSculpting was a wonderful investment if I wanted to lose stubborn fat and see noticeable body contouring. This fat freezing treatment cost me a TOTAL WASTE of almost $4,000. I was told to have the procedure on my abdomen, flanks (love handles) and the under-bra area. But the before and after pictures clearly did not show any visible change.

I complained to the Manager that, after spending thousands of dollars, suffering through hours of painful treatments and following up with uncomfortable days and nights wrapped in the recommended belly band, the procedure didn’t work. Her “solution” was to sell me more treatments. When I persisted, I was first told that the contract was equivocal about whether the treatment would work. When I tried to file a complaint with Ideal Image, the company claimed that they had sold the location, although neither the people nor the equipment had changed; and that the new owner had assumed responsibility for any claims. To the contrary, the same Manager who previously worked for Ideal Image and now worked for the new company disavowed any responsibility and referred me back to Ideal Image.

I strongly urge anyone considering the much-hyped "magic" of CoolSculpting treatment, in the belief that it will actually reduce fat, to read the disclaimer in the contract before signing, and understand that the company, whatever its name, selling the proprietary process will not take responsibility for the lack of results.

Very poor customer service from the staff at the location in Chandler to the corporate office. I initially went in for some fillers near my mouth but was told at the initial consultation that the filler that they offered would not work for what I wanted done. I was told by the aesthetician that I could get a full refund or apply the contact to another service. I had to leave town and when I returned 4 days later that I could only get a refund if I had applied within the first 3 days. I wasn’t never once informed of the rigid return policy and was told that I “should have read my contract” which is funny because I never got a contract. Now I’m obligated to 1500$ of service that I don’t want. The Chandler location has hung up on me more than once and the corporate office never returns my phone calls. So please, buyer beware! Run, don’t walk away from Ideal image.

My experience with Ideal Image has been very disappointing.
I was not allowed to complete my originally purchased number of treatments because I did not finish them within the required 18-month window, even though that period overlapped with COVID disruptions and a pregnancy. No reasonable flexibility or accommodation was offered.
During my time as a client, Ideal Image also significantly increased prices, only to reduce them again a few months later, which felt arbitrary and frustrating.
Most recently, my Atlanta Ideal Image clinic was acquired by SEV Laser. After relocating to Baltimore, I requested a transfer to the Towson, Maryland location. Ideal Image refused. I was directed to Towson directly, only to be told they cannot schedule me at all because they do not sell individual appointments and I do not have a contract there.
I am now left with ann Ideal Image contract that included a “lifetime guarantee” at any Ideal Image location that I cannot reasonably use, through no fault of my own. Between rigid policies, inconsistent pricing, and the abysmal customer service during this acquisition, I would highly recommend staying away from Ideal Image and Sev laser

I was going to the Tulsa ideal image location. I moved to Michigan and was told when I left I’d be able to transfer my service. Part of the reason I chose ideal image was because they had locations nationwide that I was told I would be able to go to and that my contract would be honored. I was then informed at the Michigan location that the Tulsa location had been sold off to another company that only operates in Oklahoma. I called corporate Ideal Image and they basically told me it’s my problem, deal with it. I was then informed by the Tulsa location that most companies that took over won’t be able to release contracts BECAUSE IDEAL IMAGE WILL NO LONGER BE A THING NATIONWIDE STARTING IN FEB 2026. At no point was I ever informed about this change and no options were given to me moving forward. I still have two laser hair removal sessions remaining and have been paying off my contract on time.

Paid for Cool Sculpting for abdomen and flanks. Due to staffing issues of the two locations nearest me it took over seven months to complete all of my treatment treatments. Six out of seven times that I had to go for treatments I had to drive an hour away because the one closest to me, could never keep staff long enough to make an appointment and keep it. It is now been two months since my final treatment and I noticed almost no difference at all. Complete waste of $3800 and seven months. Not sure if it was because the staff was always new and not very well trained, or their equipment is not great?

I want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Ideal Image Bunker Hill. After having a not-so-great experience at another location, I was referred here and wow, what a difference. Ms. V greeted me with such warmth that it was honestly mind-blowing outstanding Leadership. And then Rashana, the tech who handled my treatment, just kept me smiling the entire time pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through exactly what would be best for my skin and ended the whole experience with a hug. It was just amazing.
As a General Manager myself, I know what exceptional customer service looks like, and this is it. They have absolutely earned my loyalty, and I just want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

The worst place to go to nothing but phoney want a be employees hey just want your money this companys techs aren’t train properly I went in for procedure and gained 9 pounds and I ate healthy,I had a hernia years prior and intake never
told me that I didn’t qualify from having prior hernia and forms I signed when I came in for coolsculping never asked me or was it on forms I signed the day of procedure.

Terrible customer experience. Hard sell, misinformation, and they won't refund you for per-paid services even after they lie to you and then can't deliver on what they promised. Stay away!!

I filled out the appointment request online specifically wanting a dermaplane facial. I got a phone call for a “consultation” and told the lady on the phone I wanted a dermaplane facial for my wedding which is a week away. She said great and said the one I picked would do everything I wanted. Get to the office and the girl told me they do not do dermaplane at all. No offense to the girl that did my facial but I was extremely disappointed. Was told countless times I would see some type of immediate results, took before pictures (which is weird because there were no after pictures taken)…why you ask? Because there were immediate results. $249 for 15 mins of a suction to my face was NOT worth it and I will never go back. My cheap peptides I get and use do a better job.

I did the laser for eye brows....they never told me anything on the consultation call that they wouldn't shape my eye brows....I showed up for my appt and the nurse was puzzled.....when I asked for a shape up lol, horrible bussiness they wouldn't get me a refund or anything after I didnt want to continue the session only thing they want was to put that credit for other of their services which are overly priced. Ideal image is not a place I would recommend toANYONE. Please Stay away from them.

DO NOT spend a cent at Ideal Image. This company is a predatory, money-draining scam factory dressed up as a “medical spa.” Their business practices are dishonest, their customer service is nonexistent, and their contracts are intentionally designed to trap you.

I purchased laser hair removal and endured 16 extremely painful treatments — and guess what? It did absolutely nothing. No improvement whatsoever. When I asked for a refund, they told me they would “submit a refund request” and that someone would follow up. No one ever did. I called back and was basically told there was nothing they could do and to deal with it. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.

On top of that, I still have three BBL credits that I paid for. Their website has been broken for weeks, so you can’t even book online. When I called to schedule, I was told:
a) My credits expire in March, and
b) There is currently no provider on staff qualified to administer BBL, and they don’t expect to have one until sometime next year.

So even if I wanted to use what I already paid for, it’s literally impossible — and because BBL treatments must be spaced at least 6+ weeks apart, there is no way I could complete the series before March even if someone magically appeared tomorrow. It’s a setup designed to make credits expire unused so they can pocket the money.

Again I asked for a refund and was told — surprise — they need to “submit another request,” and shockingly, no one has followed up.

After doing more research, I realized this isn’t a rare situation — there are massive numbers of complaints, refund disputes, and legal actions from customers who were scammed the exact same way. Go look at the Better Business Bureau page or search Ideal Image lawsuits; you’ll see hundreds of identical stories. It’s a clear pattern.

Ideal Image is not a medical spa focused on results or patient care. It is a predatory sales operation interested only in:
1. Locking people into financing contracts,
2. Taking as much money as possible upfront,
3. Stonewalling refund requests, and
4. And running out the clock so customers lose what they paid for.

If you’re considering treatment here, run the other direction. There are countless reputable clinics (including OSU) that treat their clients as humans — not targets to drain dry.

Save yourself the pain, frustration, and thousands of dollars. Go literally anywhere else.
Ideal Image is a SCAM.

On October 28 I went to ideal image to inquire about Botox and other treatments for my face. I spoke with the manager. I believe her name Leilani. She convinced me to get Botox and micro-needling. I scheduled the Botox session which was on November 3. I was charged. $502 for Botox only. I also scheduled the first session for micro-needling for November 11. But I was charged the sum of $1773.50 on October 28. And there was a couple of other instalments. I was told when I signed up if I cancel within 24 hours, I will get my refund back cancel within whatever money I paid.
On Thursday, November sixth I got a phone call to remind me about my session for November 11. I told the front desk that I would like to cancel it and I would like to get my money back. She told me she was going to talk to her manager and somebody will get back to me right away.
Monday, November 10 I called ideal image to confirm that my appointment was cancelled and that I will get my money back. The manager Leilani told me
that I will get an email to confirm the cancellation and the amount of my refund. Later in the afternoon on November 10 I got a phone call from corporate office for our ideal image telling me that I will not get my money back due to the contract I signed. I tried to explain to the woman on the phone that no one told me that I will not get a refund back if I cancel. All I was told that I will get my money back by the manager at ideal image if I cancel within 24 hours. I called ideal image on Nazareth bike and the manager told me that I was approved for a full refund of $2440 but apparently corporate did not approve of it and she also mentioned that she was going to call corporate and get back with me right away but she did not. As for the Botox session that I paid for over $500 did not work at all and I don’t see any change in my face.
I want my full refund back for the Botox as well as the money they stole from me. I want a refund of the amount of $3201.00 asap
I don’t have any documentation due to the fact that once you sign up they disappear right away and you can’t retrieve them. I want this to be resolved immediately and I want my money back immediately
