Clean and shiny
The delivery was very quick.
The products have a great taste and my teeth do feel clean and shiny after using the powder and the toothpaste!
Customer service was on it with updating me after ordering.
Great packaging and instructions were easy to follow.
HOWEVER, my teeth were no whiter after using for three weeks. Which is disappointing but they still worked great in making my oral hygiene feel great, just a shame as I did purchase for the whitening benefit!
Also the pump on the toothpaste can be tricky and doesn’t always work. I haven’t contacted the company tho as I can get it working.

Hi Kimberley,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and balanced review. We’re pleased to hear that you’ve enjoyed the taste of the products, the clean feeling from the powder and toothpaste, as well as the quick delivery, packaging, clear instructions and order updates.
That said, we completely understand why you’re disappointed that you haven’t noticed a whitening difference after three weeks, particularly as that was the main reason you purchased the products. We’re also sorry to hear the toothpaste pump has been temperamental, even if you’ve been able to get it working.
We’d be happy to look into both points with you. If you’d like some support, please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com and our team will be happy to help.
