Left a poor review due to lack of communication regarding a refund. Had a response asking me to contact them again, which I did, and I have yet again been ignored !! Disgusting customer service. Do not use this company. Products don’t work and they don’t stick to their money back guarantee. Avoid!

We’re sorry your order arrived in poor condition. We understand your concern, especially with the box being damaged and open.
We’re glad the two items were safely inside, and we appreciate you letting us know so we can pass this feedback on.
Didn’t work as well as I had hoped
I’ve been using the whitening powder every day for four weeks , it hasn’t had the affect I was hoping for. I would say my teeth are two shades whiter at best. I will buy another pot and see if mine just take a bit longer or if they are as white as they will ever be.

This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace, and I will never order from them again. I paid for next day delivery which has not happened. I have emailed them 4 times asking where my order is and had no reply to any of them. Totally unacceptable and I want my money back, so if they think ignoring customers problems makes them go away then they are in for a problem. Can't see this shoddy business staying open very long if this is how they conduct themselves. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere as this company does not deserve anyone's money.

Really lovely flavour
First time trying the gummies . They taste really nice and the freshness does last for a bit . I don’t know if they are actually improving my gum health as I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks but I really believe in this product and think any supplements take time before you see the difference. Icybear has such good products so I will recommend these gummies .
