Thanks to Jay and the technical team for fixing the smashed back glass plate on my iphone. They provided a very prompt and efficient service and I had my phone back the next day!

My Ipad broke down and one of my friends recommended Icracked-it for iPad repairing service and I would honestly say that they are punctual, dedicated and helpful towards their work. The team was always willing to help and advised me helpful solutions for the future.

Top class. Really efficient, knowledgeable service from friendly staff. In lockdown they responded rapidly to phone calls, came to collect my phone, and brought it back. They also offered to leave me with another mobile phone for the two hours they took to replace my screen. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

What amazing service!-back in 3 hours!
I dropped my Iphone 11 whilst out cycling yesterday at 3pm- called icrackit at 4pm, it was collected at 4.30pm and returned to me at 7pm - was also given a replacement phone while it was being repaired.

I had an older model ipad air which needed a new screen (I cracked it), I had put up with it for a while but the cracks started to make the ipad go into autopilot opening and closing apps randomly. I sent a WhatsApp message to icracked it and they got back to me very quickly. They collected the ipad, replaced the screen and returned it within 24hours. The service was polite, efficient, effective and the technician who came to my house observed the current COVID19 precautions to the letter. Very happy.

Very pleased with a camera and screen replacement on my iPad, as the shop was closed the engineer collected and returned within 48 hrs keeping me updated on the progress.

I got icracked-it to look at my 2013 imac, as I thought the memory needed replacing. In fact once they had completed their checks, memory and a new hard disk was needed to resolve the speed issues I was having.
They resolved all the issues efficiently and the imac is running as if it was new.

Took in my daughter’s iphone which was so smashed that it was completely disabled. Not only did they fix the screen, they were also able to get the phone back up and running which was more than we were able to do. I received constant updates as to progress which I found really useful. So impressed with their expertise that I took in an iMac which I had previously been told by someone else was irreparable. I was delighted when James called after running a diagnostic to advise that it was not a write off after all, and very much fixable. Would highly recommend These guys, their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
