The lot was expecting me. And when I text to pick up it only took them 15 minutes to retrieve my car. They checked my e-ticket to validate it was me. Professional!

It is scam
The parking lots refused to take my icon information and said that they do not take icon ticket. I have to pay 20 dollars. However Icon has refound my ticket. That is much appreciated Icon is a a great trustworthy company

If you have not already filed a claim, please return to the garage and fill out an incident report. Claims can only be filed in the garage. Only then will you be assigned a claim number which you should include in your correspondence.

reservation, parking, and retrieval are very easy. Attendee at parking lot is friendly and easy to talk to.

Good parking
We reserved the parking in advance, we were lodging at a hotel nearby. Employees were polite and efficient. No additional charges whatsoever of what we prepaid. Ideally situated.
