ICON smartphone application is user friendly thus creates a seamless experience when searching for parking in areas not familiar to me. Certain spots are pricy however the discounted emails I receive... Mehr ansehen

Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversized fee will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.

Great experience with hourly parking for a night out in lower Manhattan. Easy to find, access and attendants were fast and courteous. Will use them again!

The garage I use for work is awesome. the gentleman who work there are always friendly and nice to deal with. In addition I found it odd seeing the price on spot hero changed drastically since I had been working at different location. Now that I am back and using the ICON app the rates are more affordable than before

First time experience
This was my first time using the app. It downloaded quickly and worked perfectly. The location needed was great, pricing was competitive , and the service experienced was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use again.

Worst Experience EVER!
I scheduled the parking online, selecting the Early Bird rate, and had to enter by 8:30AM. I entered at 7:55AM and had to exit by 8:30PM. I exited at 8:44PM and was charged an additional $45.99. I was told the extra charge was due to an oversized vehicle ($15), which I understand. In addition, the attendant informed me that the rest of the charge was because I entered early and arrived 14 minutes late to pick up the vehicle. I explained that I had selected the Early Bird rate and he completely ignored me. The total amount came up to $94.98! I WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!

This is calculated automatically, and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.
