The staff when I arrived was the same…
The staff when I arrived was the same rude man that shoed me out when I was driving in and advised me they were full. I said I had pre-paid in full and I was leaving my car. Upon my return to pick up 3 hrs early I was charged because he said I overstayed. I’ll never park with Icon again. Who needs this kindof service?

Our records show that you did actually park 45 minutes early however, you were not charged for that. You were charged an oversize fee.
We are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee.
Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee of $15.00 per 24 hours will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
My car was damaged by the parking…
My car was damaged by the parking attendants. The front bumper and 2 large chunks missing from my tire, scraped rim. Would never park here again will contact management

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear of the damage to your vehicle. If you have not already filed a claim, please return to the garage and fill out an incident report. Claims can only be filed in the garage. Only then will you be assigned a claim number which you should include in your correspondence.
If you have a claim in the system, a claims representative will be able to respond to you directly on the status of your claim. Kindly allow at least 5-10 business days for your claim to be reviewed. Any further correspondence must be directed to claims@iconparking.com.

Icon parking provided exactly what we needed. I scheduled an overnight parking session online so I could visit my son and it was seamless. The attendant was polite and friendly and the cost was exactly as advertised.

Double charged me
Booked online for parking, attendant said "no problem, scan the barcode when you leave," and when I left, the bar code scanned but the attendant said he couldn't accept it and charged me even more than what I paid online, effectively double charging me and then some.

Attendant almost crushed my Car and broke the gate and my LED lights
When I went to pick up the car I scanned my code for pickup, the guy went to get my car and he drove it up to the exit/entrance of the garage. As he opened the driver side door of the car and stood up the gate suddenly started closing and it was about to crush my hood/windshield. If the guy did not physically hold the gate up/breaking it, my car would've been crushed and likely would have needed to replace the windshield and hood. The guy was more upset about his screw up than anything but it was almost impossible for me to leave without hitting the partially open/hanging gate. I complete ignored the LED lights in my car that he had ripped out from the seat because I was stunned at how close my car was to being damaged. I have gone to this garage before but this was such a major issue I may not return to this particular garage again.
