ICM Japan exported my car but did not send the spare sensor key which was part of the photos as per the vehicle details. They then ask me to contact a guy locally to make the key which would cost me 500$.Very poor service.

Icm Japan is a very good company. I am their regular customer. They are very cooperative.

I send deposit of US$500 for a car on Aug. 1st, its Nov. 25th. today, I'm still waiting for the car. Everyday, different excuses. Already hired a lawyer in Yokohama, Japan to handle him. He's going to pay interest & legal fees. He shouldn't be allow to have an auction license in Japan. I have asked the lawyers to make sure they report him to all auction houses.

I paid $4000 for my 4.5 grade car. It is working very good as new. Overall a very good experience.

One of the best company I have purchased car

ICM Japan is an untrustworthy company in my opinion. Obviously their strategy is to call you often and to establish a kind of friendship relation with the potential customer. They send emails and call pretty often. Sometimes it is annoying, but some of their agents are quite friendly. Afterwards they want you to send a deposit of 1000USD to begin with. You might get a car, which looks nice on the fotos provided on their homepage/platform, but in reality the car was stinky and obviously manipulated and in poor technical condition. The car comes without carfax or any data accordiing mileage etc. so there is a high probability of manipulated mileage as all the cars, are sold for export.
When you want to complain about anything, they will simply ignore you. They will not answer your emails or pick up your calls. The deposit of 1000USD you will never see back at your account, after you quit with them.
All this shows that trade in a globalized world is not really fair.
I take it as a negative experience. I do not recommend doing business with them.

They are cheaters. You only find out wen u get the vehicle in uk. They will not entertain any claim. Dont buy from them. They vl show u or refer u to paperwork n then you cant do anything. Car not as explained after initial deposit black mailling starts. Keep away from these guys

Sent repair car instead of 4.5 grade and charged me big Amount. No customer service after sales at all...bad experience.....0 stars

SCAMMERS THEY CANT STOP CALLING OR EMAILING!!!!

Won't stop calling us, sometimes call 3 times a week.
Have asked, threatened, sworn and hung up but they keep calling tying to sell cars. Wouldn't ever deal with them.

ICM Japan is a Fraud Company

When they negotiate they don't give you price on email. They always phone you and when you ask them to send you an email they never do so.

Even when they send you an invoice they don't mention the total price.

The first take your advance and then force you to buy at their price or refuse to refund the deposit.

hello everyone whoever come to here check about icm japan review clear i just let you never ever buy car from icm japan there people piece of lie never transfer money for deposit or anything they tell you we are compititor but we not i transfer my money for car never get any car and also did not get deposit so plz never speak with them or deal with them they tolly fraud company be care full.....

I had really bad experience with ICM Japan. Due to their pathetic customer services and miscommitment I had to bear loss of more than thousand dollars. They are fraud, can give you broken car. They dont bother how much loss Customer has to bear, their all concern is to grab money from customers and make them fool.
I will suggest you all never trade with ICM Japan. your money is hard earned, do not waste it on these looters
