Bad support. Unstable Server. And trying took down my review. UPDATE after reply on review
1. it took more than a day after they first response from support response to escalate the ticket to technical stuff.
2. after they try login to the server i was renting and they able to join, they just comment "definitely" that its my site of problem WITHOUT understand the problem fully.
3. Why can the server I rent was running, am able to connect to it at a time, then suddenly not response at another time? Happen to all of my friend who try to connect to the server. Using 2 separated internet provider, 3 different line, 3 different PC, From 3 different IP?

Woah just woah. Did you guys just try to mark my review as false accuse by saying I didn't have any business with you guys? After I provide my email and ticket numbers? I wonder how many bad reviews have you guys took down with that method.
Bravo to trustpilot team who verified my review. For those who have review them with low score, please do verify with trustpilot by sending any sort of proof so your review stay on.

Are you telling me that you aren't able to track my ticket OR my account VIA my email? because that what it sound like to me. Which funny that remind me that my first ticket I create using my email (not through my account) in submit ticket link given from your team are also unable to track/ identify my account. Quite interesting right? and I have also provided the ticket number, are you tell me you can't look up for that as well? interesting.

Yes, you told me that in the ticket. As I have mention in ticket I was able to connect to it at a time then another time was unable to, as if steam does not detect the server ip as active, neither direct connection through the game work. and if it happen to me alone I can kinda understand that might be my problem.
BUT with 3 person using different computer and IP and internet line, I am questioning how stable the IP provided. But instead of asking more information how the thing occur you team decide to answer me ITS YOU PROBLEM . and after I told you team not just me facing the problem but my friends as well.
Before anyone think it might be modded problem, the server I rent and run are vanilla Valhiem Server. Without change anything.

Well i just saying here, don't know what could that be the reason, perhaps they receive a better services and better assist compare to me. I wonder...

In regards to your statement about the good reviews - customers leave us good feedback via tickets or elsewhere, then we invite them to leave us a review. We have already validated their identity prior to asking them to leave a review, so there is no need for us to ask Trustpilot to verify the review. We don't ask for negative reviews (nor does any business), therefore we can't verify the reviewer's identity until they leave a review.
There is a usually a big backlog of good feedback customers have left us, therefore it can take us weeks or months until we invite them to leave a review. This is why we get numerous reviews on the same day sometimes.

11/10 i got almost instant responses and he helped me alot. this guy really knows what hes doing and should defentily get a promotion. most of my other tickets it would take 2hrs + to get a response and with this guy it took under 25mins.

I can not say how the servers run, as I never needed the server, but I can tell, that the support you get, to set your servers up, and even well my missunderstinding whith what I payed for have ben surprisingly over satisfactorying.
When I tryed to start the game server, I had problem even the Server Support had not seen before, and still he fund a way to make it run with in minits.
I gave 1 in my first review of my experience of the company.
I then later had a talk with the with their staff I had a bad experience with, and I am still talking to him.
Misunderstandings happens all the time, and they are never good when mony involved, as then there is allways a luser.
Iceline Hosting assured me the problem was a misunderstanding, and offered a full refund.
legally and in principle I had no right refund, as I was not lied to, I just did not know better, but I was still offerd the refund.
That do tell me, that the problem I had was a full miss understaning, and they as well tog the responsibility for my ignorance.
For that I can only recomend to business with this company, and for sure, if I one day need somthing they offer, I will 100% use them.
I am sorry that I gave you a bad rate the first time, I was action to fast, and I hope that my new review can make a bit up for it.

Not the best host in my opinion.
I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a server from Iceline hosting read their Terms and conditions closely. I was foolish enough not too, however any company that sells goods and services and states they do not refund for a service in a particular location, must certainly have problems in that location.
Unfortunately, my services are in that location and the service is nothing but sub standard rubbish. If i had not paid for a full year based on someone else's opinion, i would have gone month to month and would have cancelled within the first month.
I cant comment on other locations, but i highly recommend not using their Singapore servers. I now have two servers because i was forced to move my services to another host, and run a sub standard game server with iceline as its all you can run on their platform.
I will say that some of the support staff are very nice. most of their staff however, after doing a little research, are Uni students with an attitude and unwilling or unable to properly investigate issues that arise.

We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our hosting services, that's not what we like to hear! We try our best to provide high-quality hosting services which can be relied on.
After reviewing your case, it seems you were facing issues with running a Rust server with numerous plugins, and that your server kept crashing and was running out of RAM. We did try to resolve this with you, and we also tried replicating the issue ourselves but was unable to. We did provide you with numerous solutions and advice to which you refused - the only reason with our hosting if a server is running out of RAM, it's usually caused by a third-party plugin etc. Whilst I appreciate you did face issues, I can't agree that they were caused by us.
We do host numerous Rust servers as Rust has become very popular over the last few months. The issue which you have reported hasn't been reported by any other users, nor any issues with that location either.
I'll go ahead and address each comment you made:

Whenever you purchase something I'd always recommend fully reviewing the Terms of Services before completing payment. At Iceline Hosting, we require users to agree that they have fully read and understood the Terms of Services before being able to complete payment. It seems in this situation, you may agreed without reviewing. Our Refund Policy is stated at the top of our Terms of Services (for future reference). Whilst I can appreciate where you are coming from in regards to not providing refunds for that location - it's not because of any issues with the location. Our provider in Asia limits the overall amount of bandwidth which we can utilise in a given month. If we were to provide refunds even though a certain % of bandwidth has been used, we would have troubles maintaining this location. It would no longer be feasible for us as the bandwidth would cost too much. However, even if we did provide refunds for that location, you were unfortunately outside our 48-hour refund policy.

Only a small minority of our employees are uni students. We believe everyone has an equal right to work with us, despite someone's age (although the minimum requirement is 16 due to UK laws). After reviewing numerous tickets, I would disagree with your statement as numerous support operators spent countless hours trying to assist you.
Overall, I am disappointed to see that you felt our services are 1-star worthy. As you can see from other reviews (and from your friend who recommended you), this usually isn't the case.
I can still see your service is active, so I do truly hope you give us another shot!
