I was looking for a specific radiator that I found on the Ice Cold Spice web site at a price that was a bit better than any other supplier. What clinched it for me was that they were supplying fancy radiator valves at literally half the price of another major supplier. The lack of reviews indicated that they are fairly new in the market so was it worth the risk? ABSOLUTELY!! These guys deliver exemplary customer service on a level that I have never experienced before. Immediately after placing the order I was called to check that I had ordered the correct number of items. A further call the next day informed me about dispatch and delivery. The delivery was completed within two days of placing the order. They are definitely at the top of my 'go to' list
