Subject: Report of Scam Website: icareskin.shop

I am writing to report a scam website, icareskin.shop, operating in the UAE. On Friday, 28th March, I made a purchase from this website, but unfortunately, I never received my order or any updates. They are selling the ordinary products and I specifically bought them. They have other company cosmetics products too and if you could take note of it.

I have evidences of my transaction and attempts to contact the website's customer support. Despite trying to reach them via WhatsApp and email, I received no response.

Upon further research, I found multiple reviews from other customers who have experienced the same issue. It appears that I am not the only victim of this scam.

I kindly request that you take immediate action against this website to prevent further financial losses for innocent customers. I believe it is essential to investigate and shut down this scam operation.

This is one of the worst experience i have ever encounted in my life.. This site the,icareskin is fake. I ordered and made payments online, they don't respond to emails neither answering calls. So disappointed😤

It's scam. I ordered skin products and paid 114AED but no response neither on whtsapp nor by call.

Scammers!!!! Paid online for a product but didn’t get it delivered. Tried calling on the number provided but always not reachable and they don’t reply to WhatsApp messages.

This is a scam website, i also purchased item with this website but i did not received anything. They even deducted on my account.

Same issue as other customers big scam - bank advised to report to police .

Scam website. No response on whatsapp. Number is close. Better to complaint police.

Scam website, Unfortunately didn't read the reviews before purchase. Was an urgent order for medical condition for a child, but scammers do not care.

They are located in Azerbaijan and use UAE number, nothing will be delivered if you order from them.

Scam website !! The worst experience in life. They deducted 106 AED from my card and didn't send me my order.
I tried to contact them by mobile it's unreachable and the WhatsApp and email no response.

It's a big time scam. We never got the confirmation about our order

I think this is a scam I have ordered but still there is no response. Such a huge scam how are they running.

One more victim they had last week.
Nothing has been delivered neither they replied on call or msg.

This is a real scam. I dont know how they get to operate here in UAE. ordered last 2nd March but nothing arrived. Same experience from what I have read on this platform no response on email whatss app and call. No order confirmation.

Please don’t buy. It’s a fake website. Placed the order and no order confirmation. They don’t reply to calls or whatsapp.

Just like the other reviews I've read, I wish I had checked TrustPilot before placing my order. I never received an order confirmation, got no response on WhatsApp, and the contact number is unreachable. I've registered a complaint with the DED.
