Liars and liars!
This was my review on google maps ! They put their lawyer to send reclamation for defamation to Google to delete my review!
Lügner und Lügner! Als ich eine Wohnung besichtigt habe, waren so viele Dinge defekt: Der Herd schaltete sich von selbst ein, die Türen der Küchenmöbel fielen ab usw. Die Dame sagte mir, dass jemand kommen würde, um alles zu reparieren, aber niemand ist jemals gekommen. Später sagten sie in einer E-Mail, dass ich die Reparaturen bezahlen müsste. Als mein Vertrag abgelaufen war und ich in eine neue Wohnung gezogen bin, haben sie die Hälfte der Kaution einbehalten und behauptet, ich hätte den Herd und viele andere Dinge kaputt gemacht! Sie werden sagen, dass die Eigentümer der Wohnungen verantwortlich sind und sie nur eine Agentur sind, die Mieter vermittelt, aber dieselbe Frau, die die Wohnungen besitzt, ist auch Teil dieser Agentur! Sie weiß genau, was sie tut. So eine schlechte Erfahrung. Gehen Sie nicht zu ihnen!
Liars and liars! When I visited an apartment, so many things were defective: the stove was turning on by itself, the doors from the kitchen furniture were falling off, etc. The lady told me someone was going to come and fix them, but no one ever came. Later, they said in an email that I needed to pay to fix them. When my contract was over and I moved to a new place, they kept half of the caution money, claiming I broke the stove and many other things! They’re going to say that the owners of the apartments are responsible, and that they’re just an agency that finds tenants, but the same woman who owns the apartments is part of this agency as well! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Such a bad experience. Don't go to them!
