Customer service can be better
Very poor customer service, that ignores your e-mails, phonecalls and cries for help. They don't solve the problems and keep charging you a monthly fee for the pro-account. They can even charge you double for a month. Paying for pro and receiving zero service=fraud, charging double monthly fee=stealing. They oftentimes have internal 500 errors and they don't want to fix them; but you keep getting those mails that your subscription is renewed. Fake telephone number on the support page, it simply doesn't exist. IAsk.ai only wants our money. Had to block my creditcard just to cancel my subscription, due to the internal 500 error was unable to access my account and cancel subscription. No answer on the mail with the question to cancel my subscription either. Really disappointed with the customer service. Deserves a zero not even 1 star.
Update: After one month customerservice responded and fixed the issue with the internal error. After I had blocked my mastercard, they must have received a notice. Changed from one star to three.
