Hi Christina,

We are indeed an USA based company which can be verified and we can send you more info as evidence if needed.

Also, as we mention in all relevant sections of our webshop (help/faq section, about us, shipping tab on all of the product pages etc.) we work with several dozen of manufacturers in order to provide the best possible choice of superhero apparel.

Currently we offer more than 1000+ different items in many variations each and cannot store them all locally.

That is the reason why we communicate in all relevant places the typical shipping times for different regions.

We have received your order on March 2nd, it was processed and sent out for shipping on March 6th and is in transit and that is the reason why cannot cancel it at this point which is also explained on all relevant places in our webshop (help/faq, return & refund policy etc.).

Your order is on the way and the typical shipping time is 5-15 business days from shipping date as communicated.

Hi there,

Through out our webshop we mention on several places that we recommend ordering a best size fit based on the size chart for any of the products and we cannot take a responsibility for not looking at the size chart in order to get a properly sized item.

On the other size, even when that happens our return & exchange policy is clear and we are ready to exchange your item for free either for the same item but in correct size or for any other item within the same price range and that's exactly what our customer support agent offered you.

The offer is still valid of course and if you decide to take it at any point all you have to do is reply to one of the messages from correspondence with our customer support.

Hi Brianna,

We do reply to each of the emails we receive and we reply within 24h (typically even faster) which is our policy.

However, we didn't receive any email from you and the only message we receive was a Facebook message today and we replied within a few hours after receiving it.

Regarding your issue, as communicated on our webshop in relevant sections the typical order processing time is 1-3 days. We have received your order on 02/16 and it was processed and sent out to our logistics company for shipping the very next day but it was shipped out on 02/19 instead as there were severe weather conditions blocking all of the outgoing shipments for 2 days.

Having said that, you order was shipped out and is on the way and if it doesn't arrive by the desired date you are welcome to contact us (via email, chat on our webshop, Facebook page etc.) and we will send you instructions on how to send it back for a refund.

We would appreciate if you would use our official communication channels as Trust Pilot isn't meant for that and we basically ended up getting a bad rating from you for no reason as we would sort out any issue you had if we had been contacted before through any of our customer support channels :/

Hi Sean,

We can assure you that none of the positive reviews is a fake one, in fact you are welcome to contact us and ask for evidence for any of them and we will gladly send it to you. Additionally, you are welcome to take a look at reviews from our happy customers using our products on the product pages itself on our webshop where you can clearly see them uploaded by our customers with some of them having images or videos attached as well.

Regarding your comment that our apparel is made in China, as we state in relevant sections on our webshop we are working with several dozen of different manufacturers across the globe in order to bring our customers the best selection of superhero apparel. And yes, some of them do come from China, the same way most of other brands do. As a small test, feel free to take a look at the labels of your favourite "American" brands, especially apparel ones.

When it comes to sizing, through out product page of each of the product we offer, there is mentioned and stressed on at least 3 different places that the apparel is custom designed and runs smaller in size compared to regular US sizing and that we recommend either sizing up or selecting a best fit size based on the size charts provided for each of the products.

If you have ordered a wrong size by mistake, instead of having this negative attitude for no reason, you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly exchange it for a different size or for a completely different item within the same price range.

Heck, we will even do it without you having to send back first the wrong sized item to our USA based warehouse :)

Without more details on your order such as order # we cannot tell more details on your order so I would kindly ask you to contact our customer support at help@iamsuperhero.com and provide more details and our team will get on it and sort it out as there is really no reason to leave a negative review.
