Low score because of a lack of…
Low score because of a lack of communication when repairing our iPad, then the work undertaken needed a second repair. Pity really given the initial impressions were positive. Probably give them another chance as they are local & independent- the type of small business that Chelmsford desperately needs, particularly given the mono-culture of sways of Chelmsford & many other High Streets!

The team found a 1st class second hand device. Had a couple of minor issues, which were addressed without quibble. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Before purchasing they spent time with me explaining about all the different types of Mac. A great local business.
